Don't get scared. If you know how to to basic work in the CK, then it's not that hard.
1st You need a music track. It needs to be .wav bitrate: 16 bits mono I'm not sure if length is an issue. The longest I've used is 9min 41sec All songs need to be in: Skyrim > Data > Music
2nd In the CK, find the <Audio> tab, then <music track>. Right click and "create new." Name it something you'll remember, browse the music folder(of your pc) for your song. In the drop down is "Sing
Making a guard fire at an archery target is a bit trickier than I feel it should be but here we go.
Okay, lets jump into the CK.
1st
You need a guard equipped with a bow and at least one arrow. You will also need the archery target.
2nd
Position your guard directly in front of the target. You can adjust his distance later but about 12 feet away works. Below him, place a "patrolIdleMarker" and link him to it. It should looks something like this.
3rd
So you are in game and found an amazing place to put you mod. But now the problem, "What are my cell coordinates?"
It's actually easy to find. Type the following:
player.getpos x
player.getpos y
Then divide each value by 4096 to get the cell coords.
In the CK, select "Tamriel" from the location dropdown, then enter your new x and y coordinates. It will take you fairly close to where you were in game.

So I stumbled on this today while I was trying to determine if I could update my academic installation to 2014. Downloaded, tested... seems to work okay for the moment. By which I mean 'has about as many problems as the 2012 version did' but if you copy enough stuff over from a working Nif in Nifskope after export... it seems functional. Nif imported, exported, after post export cleanup stuff (copying BsLightingShaders etc) the weapon I tested loaded in game.

But not quite the way you might expect. Theoretically using CITRUS or a similar body type with a wide variety of sliders, you can use it as an aid to convert any body type to any other body type...
Theoretically.
The CBBE Advanced slider set can work or be helpful as well, but CITRUS currently has a pretty good selection to choose from, some of them very useful for trying to match particular body quirks, so hey, may as well take advantage of it.
