Been toying around with CBBE SE lately. Put together a preset I like, with a few variations. And I have....no idea what to call it.
But I wanted to put pictures up somewhere, so. Here are some of them.
Three versions in total - my first flavor, a version with larger thighs + butt at the max weight that was created after some feedback, and a third version based on that with a wider variation in the breast shape.
Plus outfit variants.
Still. No idea
Working on rebuilding my Skyrim setup as I consider returning to modding. Gamefever's work with UUNP converts is forcing me to reevaluate my previous position against more bodyslide friendly work (now that I've seen they can in fact be done for UUNP with some quality), and I might - might - be looking to support the approach in future for at least some things.
I'm transitioning my install to use my customized bodyslide preset and gamefever's work saved me a LOT of duplicated effort, especial
I've been thinking about the attached chart a lot lately. Among other things.
I've been working on a new UUNP preset in bodyslide, a shall we say slightly more 'real' flavor of 7BOppai, keeping the high weight as is (it closely aproximates Ivy on the far left there), and adjusting the low weight to more of a natural B-cup or so (with some invaluable input from someone who actually HAS breasts).
This offers a bit more variation along the weight slider (low natural to high artificial/anim
Ported from Fallout... this mesh has a history now...
(It occured to me belatedly that I could've used the Shepard companion mod instead but eh this worked out)
Got all the glow maps working and everything. Mmm.
Made the eyes from a resource image. Finally got them glowing, too.
The above is in progress; eventually going to finish that lingerie set. Convert to 7BO, cut down on the duplicate items, and convert everything to the armor dye framework. Doesn't it just look GREAT in purple?
And below, some really NSFW stuff I took while playing around with my Katarina Armor conversion and the slavetats system.
So I've been compiling my weapons into a single ESP lately so I can use a whole bunch of packs with lootification without needing to have a zillion plugins loaded.
But I've been doing some fixes/tweaks along the way, and well. Thought I may as well share this one with people in case anyone else wants to use them. So:
First, download this mod, which adds new weapons crafted from horker tusks, iron, and wood (as well as a shield and some bows and arrows). Note that my fix applies only to t
Today was a sickday, tomorrow I'm cut off from my proper hardware again ... earliest I'll get to get back into things again is Sunday. Hopefully IRL doesn't get in the way again.
I'm gonna go try to feel less bleh for awhile. Probably gonna start a fresh game after merging a few plugins and then get back to converting or creating.
Going to redo the neck tattoo at some point. Figured out that Mudbox lets you do AMAZING things with a projection stencil painting - do the image at 4096 or whatever the highest your GPU will allow, then scale it down to the appropriate level in photoshop or paint.net and convert to DDS...
which apparently I have to use Paint.NET for now, because for some reason my photoshop's ability to even OPEN a transparent DDS is basically fucked. Guess I'll have to figure out where THAT issue is coming
Still need to make a few tweaks, but ... honestly, it occurred to me somewhat abruptly that what I was really really missing was a few Saints Row inspired tattoos for my dragonborn...
So, obviously, gotta start with the basics. Good grief it is a challenge to get a neck tattoo to look right in this game. Rewarding kind of challenge tho.
When I've got a few more I'll probably pack 'em up as an offering for SlaveTats, and eventually ... eventually maybe a racemenu plugin to open up a bit m
I made some changes to my ENB profile.
See the results for yourself... at night, at least.
Probably need to finetune it yourself to suit the rest of your enb settings.
Experimenting with her look a little before I finalize it for my set of NPC tweaks.
I'd change her hair up, but I like the original style too much. So I'm sticking with that and just embracing better makeup+trueeyes+brows.
This stage of NPC design is always a little odd because it feels like cosplaying...
Also note: finally converted the royal vampire armor to 7BO, but it should work well for any 7B flavor if you're looking for a vanilla conversion - check out my download page for th
Using KS Hairdos again because I love them, along with truebrows. Kept her eyes and scars vanilla.
Other than that I wanted to make her look nice, but keep things pretty low key for the most part. Short hair is a must for a professional soldier and the makeup, I tried to keep subtle but just enough to make it clear that she cared enough to take the extra few minutes.
I mean, she does work in a palace, basically.
Facial structure is I guess in part the result of my perpetual disagreem
So I decided to try my hand at that whole NPC overhaul thing to see if I could get the hang of making faces in racemenu and then getting them onto NPCs
Elisif was first because I can never seem to find a decent overhaul for her.
I've lost track of all the mods I've got going on for makeup and whatnot but the hair is one of KS hairdos V2 (found via tumblr and good god I cannot wait for the new release...), the eyes are from TrueEyes and the eyebrows are from TrueBrows.
I think, I
Because I want to do this right, in a way that satisfies my own sensibilities. "Road map" might be overselling it a bit, really, but I'm gonna take a stab at this anyway.
I'm a designer by education and I think about characters in a particular way; I believe appearance should be a reflection of function and of character.
Heavy armor, especially, should - by default - be "protective" looking. In most respects I feel like it can safely be pretty much identical to the male variation (women
Was redoing my armored bikini conversion from scratch and realized that bikini-trouble used the same meshes, so...
Changed the bottoms to use slot 52 for better compatibility/standardization between mods. Should be ready to post them in my download section later - today or tomorrow. Along with a revised version of the armored ones.
I really miss feeling like I'm allowed to be happy about shit like this. Unfortunately my home life isn't exactly friendly to the whole 'happiness' thing.
I do what I do and I put it out here because I'm between jobs, kept too busy and tired to actually find one, and because this stuff - modeling, texturing, converting, tweaking, developing new skills, whatever - this is the one thing that actually uses my brain and relaxes me a little.
But the second I try and talk abo
The latest addition to my armor workshop.
As a side note, I just spent like, thirty seconds crouching and standing up rapidly to watch the HDT physics make her breasts bounce...
... good god, I don't even know anymore.
Featuring a recent success or two.
The glasses were made from scratch in 3ds max 2014. Baby steps...
The gloves are a frankenstein project I put together using the cuffs from the original Catwoman gloves, the vampire gloves from Dawnguard, and a modified version of bethesda's highres texture I put together in Photoshop.
So I stumbled on this today while I was trying to determine if I could update my academic installation to 2014. Downloaded, tested... seems to work okay for the moment. By which I mean 'has about as many problems as the 2012 version did' but if you copy enough stuff over from a working Nif in Nifskope after export... it seems functional. Nif imported, exported, after post export cleanup stuff (copying BsLightingShaders etc) the weapon I tested loaded in game.
So. Apparently, there IS a solut
