This is one of those mods where I'm not sure if I'm actually this stupid or it's poorly designed. Even with spoilers as to where the locations are, I can't figure things out. It's vague, cryptic and poorly written. -
"Check on Google" is the least helpful comment ever made. Either link to something or quit being a cock tease.

My memories are extremely vague and sketchy on this mod, as it's been many years. It was a weapon mod, specifically a sword, I think a katana. When installed, the weapon would appear in the Imperial City, I think the Talos Plaza District. I think there may have been a small quest involved, or just text would appear stating that you hear a cry or a voice. When using the weapon, after a certain point, you would get a message stating that you could release a demon from it. I think it added a spell. It was something along the lines of "Yodo Siren", or maybe it was "demon from the sword" or something to that affect, which would summon a female creature for a short while to attack for you, then it would vanish. I think it was potentially based somewhat around the manga/anime Bleach. ... I'm at least somewhat sure I'm not crazy and this actually existed at some point...

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen on the PS4. Capcom gets third person, party based action RPGs and it's fucking great. Now if only Bethesda could get on their goddamned level.

Like I said, I started a new game with a test character specifically for this and it didn't work. I don't use Defeat or anything else like that. Oh well, guess its load order slot will go to something else. -

Doesn't work for me at all. I have it at the absolute bottom of my load order so nothing can overwrite it. Have always had all subtitle options on and made sure they were still on. Have had Fuz Ro D-oh for years. Turned off free camera. Waited 15 in game days in my current save, saved and tried it, reloaded the save and tried it, nothing. Made a new fresh test character and nothing. Even saved and reloaded the test character, nothing. I used Match Maker, the most bare minimum of sex starting mods, for all of this. As the kids say, I literally cannot even. -

As has been stated, you cannot even trust yourself, because you WILL betray what is in your best interest for something. This is typically a woman if you're a man, as you have been programmed through both evolution and social conditioning to throw everything away for the sake of them. Also children, what with that whole "future of the species" nonsense. But there is one thing you can put your faith in, and that is Blast Hardcheese.

Well, it seems Broly is now canon... or at least a version of Broly. And no, I don't mean Kale. Apparently, the upcoming movie will be about Broly, but it will likely be a different one, rather than the same Broly we got for two movies, then he was cloned for that horrid third film. While this sort of pleases me, I would have preferred the original Broly to have been canon. That way they wouldn't have stolen as much as they could have from him to make that failure Kale.
