Do you use a custom race? (i remember that long time ago there was a problem with the custom race) -
Lauch FNIS for users (somewhere in yours Data/Tools/Generate Fnis for users), hit the "update fnis" button, check arm fix if needed, close, and then start skyrim from SKSE

It seems like your problem is pretty the same achilles, so i've tried your method and... it didn't work for me ^^ Edit: by starting a new game this works normaly... hum ...

I got the same problem since the new version, After installing SexLab (and all the latest requirement), updating FNIS (i had the line with sex lab) i load my clean save and then i got the message that say sexlab was install, but after test with the Machtmaker: nothing happend, and when i go to the "configuration mod" with skyUI, everything is "blocked", i mean i can't change/or activate any option I have also try the "setstage..." command but still the same Ps: Yeah my english is still bad >.<

You don't need it, you only need this http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16623-skyrim-sexlab-sex-animation-framework-v124-updated-1020/ (by the way make sure you have follow the Instruction), you also obviously need the requirements of sexlab and sexlab deafeat (an another one make sure to follow the Instruction) and after that it's supose to work. Oh and make sure to "Allow Creature Animation"

Hmmm, did I miss an update? Near as I remember you can't have sex with spiders. EDIT: Nope! I was right. You can't have sex with spiders. No you don't anderstand me corectly (or it's me ) I mean gone have mad the animations but that's all
