The GOG version of Fallout 4 is ideal because it is already at 1.10.163 and drm free and you can install it to wherever you choose. it is the GOTY version which comes with all of the DLC. Its also on sale with 60% off. $16 usd currently. https://www.gog.com/en/game/fallout_4_game_of_the_year_edition Sometimes its on sale for even chaper. I think I paid $10 for my version when I got it. -
To get your CC mods working on your older game version, you will need the Backported Archive2 Support system mod. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/81859 When using the older 1.10.163 version of the game, you need to use the appropiate version of the Unofficial Patcch for it which is version 2.1.5. Doubt there is anything like that currently, since few proper NSFW mods exit. The biggest and most poplar overhaul currently would probably be Star Wars Genesis. Pretty amazing in my opinion. Pretty much a total conversion of the entire game. https://genesismodlist.com/

I suspect they are done for quite awhile on the pc side. All that seems to be left is the console storage update, which would be for consoles. -

A version that works with 1.11.191.0 was just released on the Patreon a day or two ago. $3 tier. It will eventually be released to the public. Don't know when. -

Your log seems to point to HDTSMP64. Try disabling it and testing if it helps. I use version 2.5.0 with 1.6.1170 and dont have any crashes. An alternative is HDT-SMP Flex, which I havnt tried. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/101564
