The GOG version of Fallout 4 is ideal because it is already at 1.10.163 and drm free and you can install it to wherever you choose. it is the GOTY version which comes with all of the DLC. Doubt there is anything like that currently, since few proper NSFW mods exit. The biggest and most poplar overhaul currently would probably be Star Wars Genesis. Pretty amazing in my opinion. Pretty much a total conversion of the entire game. https://genesismodlist.com/

I suspect they are done for quite awhile on the pc side. All that seems to be left is the console storage update, which would be for consoles.

Your log seems to point to HDTSMP64. Try disabling it and testing if it helps. I use version 2.5.0 with 1.6.1170 and dont have any crashes. An alternative is HDT-SMP Flex, which I havnt tried. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/101564
