Morphing the breast to fit the yoke is extremely difficult. Someone was taking a stab at doing it a different way, but hasn't completed it yet.

 

It's an awkward device that doesn't work well in execution, in my opinion, especially with the bodies defaulting to smaller breasts.

That said, select the device in bodyslide. Is your preset there?

If not, are you using a custom preset?

What body are you using?

Installed this, built everything in BodySlide, ran FNIS, made a save & loaded it after launching the game, but my player's movement animations are being overridden by device wearing animations despite me not wearing any. In fact the animations were playing before I even made the save to load up as per your steps & persist after loading that save. These animations are even able to override my animations used by Player Exclusive Animations (PCEA2).

 

How do I fix this without having to go inside my games files & rearrange animation files?

 

EDIT: Disabling & re-enabling the PCEA2 animations i was using let it reset to the proper ones to be used. Equipping & moving with different devices & then moving with them removed after showed it going back to the right animations too so problem solved

Hello all,

 

I have been greatly enjoying my degenerate skyrim playthrough, and DD has been a huge part of that. However, I am getting a bug that makes the mod completely unusable. It worked perfectly fine before, well, something happened.

 

Any of the meshes that affect breasts are just making them absolutely giant. I cannot explain it at all. Breasts are the only thing that is affected, the rest is perfectly fine. I have built in bodyslide successfully for many mods, including this one previously. I'm wondering if there's potentially an incompatible mod somewhere in my mod list, so here's my current load order:

Turn off breast scaling in everything you can, and reset slif.

For DCL, I don't recommend turning on the scaling options in it or DD, even with the SLIF patches. But if you don't have the SLIF patches for them, you can try adding them. They are on the troubleshooting post.

 

It's most likely SLIF gone wild. If it goes away and returns after resetting SLIF, then you need to check your settings in that MCM.

 

Mods you have that have breast scaling, that I recognize right away (there could be more)

fertility mode

Fill her up (maybe)

Thanks for the quick reply, but unfortunately this didn't work for me. Made a save and tried having no breast scaling options, at all, turned on (except for DD? I know there's an option in DCL I turned off, but I didn't find a setting for anything like this in DD) in each mod with no luck. I then attempted to close the game, uninstall each mod individually, and load up the save to see if any of these mods were impacting it. None of the above mods, uninstalled or without breast features, appear to have an effect on this issue.

 

EDIT: The more I think about it, it has to be some kind of scaler that's only affecting my character, because the "Bound Girls" walking around look like they're supposed to. But I've disabled all of these mods and still had the issue appear yet have no other mods that interact with breast size. Ugh, this should not be this hard.

 

Would upgrading to 5.2 beta potentially solve my issue? I am using 3BA for my body and it looks like there may not be support for it in 5.1?

 

EDIT2: Okay, it was just 3BA. It's working! I saw in your troubleshooting post about using the 3BA bodyslide files for 5.2 in 5.1 purely for 3BA support, looks like that did the trick. I've had 3BA the whole time though, not sure why it worked earlier in my playthrough but randomly stopped.

Quick question. I'm currently working on my rebuild after the AEpocolypse, and I'm just want to know if the troubleshooting guide post has all of the files I need for AE. If not, what am I missing? If so, thank you and have a blessed day.

Half of the items are invisible on my character. I've ran bodyslide hundreds of times. reinstalled DD, several times. nothing works. im out of ideas on how to fix it

It has the DD version for AE (DD 5.2 beta 3) in the beta section, but you must use the Racemenu version on Expired's patreon, or many things in DD will be broken. All the other DD requirements should be here in LL or on the Nexus, just make sure you're using the AE/1.6.x versions.

 

Because of the confusion over versions and different ways of phrasing things on the various mods, I'd recommend you go very slowly and make sure each individual prerequisite is working first, and don't just dump everything in and assume it will work.

Then you have bodyslide set up incorrectly, or are running it incorrectly with your mod manager.

 

Start with the short how to troubleshoot bodyslide in the troubleshooting post. If you don't know how to run bodyslide, then please read that mod's page or google how to use it with your mod manager.

I've done all of that hundreds of times. nothing works. all my other armor and clothing mods work fine through body slide. its like some things for DD is missing textures. if you put on pony boots, the calfs and feet are invisible. or if you put on bondage mitts, the hands are invisible. those are just some examples

I should have all of the non DD requirements set up. I just want to be sure, that the link for CBBE\3BA is where I should begin downloading files for an AE DD rebuild.

So just this (notice, it has the same version of bodyslides...)

 

 

The only reason for downloading the separate bodyslides is if the fix is not in the beta, or if you aren't using the beta.

Need some clarification, I recently put Maria Eden in my game alongside Devious Devices (did it in LE too, both with older & newer DD's) & it one of the biggest reasons it worked despite what most would say came from crippling the no talking gag effect Maria Eden had in xEdit. Anticipating that the SE port had it too, I looked for it there but could not find it so I simply ran the game as is & tested gags from both mods & ZaZ. 

 

Upon testing & tracking the dialogue lines in the console, I found that the one & only line I kept running into that stopped me from talking to people wasnt any lines from Maria Eden like the one in LE, it was a line from DD I havent come across before in LE. The [You realize its impossible to talk through the gag] line, so what are we meant to do to get the other available lines as the console shows 4 & I am only getting that^ one from every NPC I talk to as of late?

I don't use maria eden. You should be able to get one of the alternate dialogs if you have paper, quill and ink in your inventory.

Otherwise, use a lower difficulty overall for DD. It's a random chance not in the MCM. Since it's a random chance, you are probably just unlucky recently. Skyrim's RNG is not very good.

 

If you have DCL as well, then there are gag options in the consequence tab that can replace DD's gag talk.

If you want to use DD's only, you can set the chance to override DD's gag talk to 0. If you just want better options, you can increase the chance it will succeed.

oh I dont have DCL in SE yet, am just speakin from LE experience that I know it can pop up too over DD sometimes. Wasnt sure if the difficulty lvl affects dialogue too, I had it set to default rip. What else does it affect besides gag dialogue cuz I wanna retain some difficulty but not at the expense of makin it too simple or too frustratin. Also guess that paper stuff hidden in the page or a readme cuz I sure didnt see it

As far as I'm aware, difficulty will affect anything with a chance. So escape, struggle, talking at least.

 

I don't think it's mentioned anywhere, but I saw it mentioned in LE somewhere, and confirmed that one of those dialog options is to write things out. So it's in there. Kinda like an easter egg i guess?

Apologies if this problem has been addressed somewhere in these 200+ pages, but I have a persistent issue that doesn't have a documented fix, as far as I've been able to search.  I'm playing SE, post-AE update and downgrade, but this problem predates the update by quite a bit.  I have DD v5.0.7.

 

Put simply, the mod breaks hats.  Hats, helmets, hoods, etc, both vanilla and modded.  I try to put one on, and it won't equip.  Circlets and items marked as circlets work fine but nothing else.  I know it's DD's fault because I went through the painful process of testing all my mods to find the culprit.  The titular devices aren't broken (yay!), but the problem is pervasive enough that I usually have to keep DD disabled :(.  If anyone knows a fix for this, I would love to hear it, because I really miss having DD in my game.

What you use for your body does not matter.

 

You need HDT SMP for the chains to work, or you need to build the no HDT options for chains in bodyslide.

DD 5.0 (the extension on the archive is .7z) is old. Current release is DD 5.1, and we have DD 5.2 in beta now.

 

For AE, you need to install the DD 5.2 beta3 version. The DLL included with DD is not supported by skse 2.1.4+ on any other version.

You have a slot conflict. If you have a DD item equipped and your hat uses a non standard slot, then it's expected that the other item will not equip, because DDs are locked and cannot be removed.

is there a way to fix my body periodically clippin through DD gear with jiggle physics? Its mostly the thighs through boots & boobs through chastity bras so far but could be other similar gear or more. I have HDT SMP & CBPC with CBBE 3BA & yes all the HDT options were built in BodySlide

Get a mod that makes use of them. DCL is one such mod.

 

The goal is to provide a DLL for SE, AE, and VR, as installer options.

The AE DLL is compatible with 1.6.342 / 2.1.4, haven't tested 1.6.353 / 2.1.5. Have not yet tried updating it since it was just released/updated today. Give me a bit, I'm still learning how to compile. The last one was done for me.
