@R-Lo I found a new DeLorean (actually 2 of them). They're better quality and don't have the issue the first one has. One of them is actually the time machine, and the file size is more than 10 times SMALLER (polycount is only 7,805 vs 35,713) for the standard one. The time machine is only 5 times smaller, 14,459 polycount).?

Since this is a photography corner, I wanted to share this (for those who don't know of it). It's a mod by TwistedMexi that let's you easily place bb.mode objects anywhere sims can go, outside the lots. You can even rotate items vertically, instead of just horizontally. You no longer need to be restricted by the lot. Perfect for photos.

@2cool4u_1 Nice! There have actually been many times where I've actually been wondering if this is a mod that exists! It's sure to prove useful. I don't often go hunting for mods (as opposed to CC), so getting a heads up like this is greatly appreciated

So about a week ago, I made a post in my PBW thread saying that I was redoing a lot of the households I madeover (makeovered? Did makeovers of?), and I've decided to share the first redo:

Meet the newer and improveder (totally not right, but whatevs) Pancakes household!

They've been given new hairstyles, facial reconstruction surgery, new outfits, and all that other jazz.

 

Their marriage is still in fucking shambles though.

"Bob, for the last time..."

"Pancakes are LOVE..."

"You need to eat something other than pancakes! You need more nutrients!"

"Pancakes are LIFE!"

 

One would think that two people with conflicting personalities and interests would just get a divorce. That'd be better than staying in a loveless marriage and letting the mutual resentment build up over time before neither of them can even muster the strength to hate their spouse. Once it's over they can focus on their own personal growth. Maybe Eliza could focus on her job (she's in the business career in PBW) and make a name for herself in the world of Corporate Whatever-the-Fuck-Country-TS4-Takes-Place-In since the whole romance and "get married, have kids, and live happily ever after in your two-story home with a white picket fence" thing didn't really work out for her. Maybe Bob could find a good therapist to help him improve his mental health and learn to love himself instead of relying on an external source that is incapable of meeting his demands. Maybe they'd even be able to find someone that they connect with better, someone they can love and be loved by on a level so deep that it transcends the inhumanly cold legal contract of marriage.

Maybe then Eliza and Bob can finally be happy. Separated, yes, but happy.

 

Let's just hope nothing complicates their situation any further...

Here's a lot I was building in Sulani. All the red circles are bb objects that I moved off the lot. Note how the bushes and trees look a lot more natural next to the other vegetation.

I thought of a gameplay application for TwistedMexi's mod; Turn those useless empty neighbourhood areas into fun park areas. You don't even need to travel to a different lot.

I use Turbo's version on Lunar's penis - I hadn't noticed that until today. I'll double check the sim when I next go in game and see what skin he's using, I think it's an SClub skin BAS 3.0 that can be found at TSR
