Nice. I've made a strip club lot after that club myself. Though yours perhaps looks a bit classier or exclusive in comparison to mine which perhaps looks a bit more rundown and dirty. That's awesome. I like the way yours is laid out better. Mine started out as a rundown club too, but the surrounding neighborhood has been seeing a lot of gentrification lately and has since remodeled. However, it is still the sketchiest club in town, where you know you can always get a little something extra if you know what I mean

Well in the end a costume is what it is, I don't think Thalia really is much of a tomb raider at heart.

Hey thanks! I'm glad you like my stuff! I'm taking pics in game but using something called Reshade, 

It's a software that runs behind games and gives a ton of extra graphics options! 

Welcome to the game, my main enjoyment comes from showing off my sims and I hope that you have fun with it too x

If you mash together "Gabe" and "Alfred" (both kind of suit him), "Garfield" is kind of close. Coincidentally, that is Beast Boy's civilian name. Thank you, I'll go with Garfield for now (no last name yet). ?

By the way @R-Lo I was wondering, since I often trust you in these matters, do you think that ponytail I used for Linnie in those first couple of pictures works? I'm not sure, makes her hair perhaps look a bit more brown than blonde, but that it's tied up like that maybe that would show up more. Not sure, but thinking about it maybe it might work. Always wanted a bit more variety in her hairstyles for some outfits. 

 

A bit more of a close up on the hair from the side. Sunlight in the game always seems to make certain alpha hairs look a bit transparent, so you'll have to look past that

You can get it from this collection. It clips through most clothing though, so I only really use it for pictures or I have an extra outfit to switch into when she goes nude.

It's working but I'd probably stick to the blonder spectrum myself! 

Im finding that this has a bit less volume compared to before which kinda makes her look a bit softer or more innocent than before too, I'd use it but maybe a lighter version?

The hair color was slightly off I noticed, because the swatches were different on this hair than her normal one, so I adjusted that. But I can't really reverse them, because the brown from the streaks is getting applied there and doing blonde on brown with those just doesn't work. Anyway, yeah, I think this is as good as I'll get really, so I'll probably use it as an alternate for athletic outfits and a couple of hot weather outfits maybe.

 

 

 

There's those weird semitransparent things at her hairline, that's due to the the highlights/streak and the alpha texture, nothing much to be done about it, I'll live with it.

Im happy you like the pics! I'm still deciding on what to do with these two and thought I'd show them off this way for the moment!

No problem! 

It can be but it ultimately depends on how you use it! 

Some effects are heavier than others and some things like the background blur aren't really suitable for gameplay so the impact is negligible because the game is in pause, 

 

When I play my game it looks nothing like what you see here! 

 

For playing, I've only boosted the colour a little and added some sharpness, 

I don't have a powerful machine at all and it's an i3 and a little quirky at the moment (nearly 5 years old) 

I don't get too much frame rate drop, 

When I record for my vids, I add two effects to that, 

The impact varies depending on the environment, 

If there's a lot of sims around or a full household it does hit the frame rate a bit, also if you have a lot of effect playing objects like fountain/sprinklers, multiple TVs, steam room etc running same time it'll cause some jitters, 

 

When I record, I use lots that I've pre-stripped down and if it's a public lot like a bar or club, I'll close it off and stop randoms from wandering in, and make it as a 'generic' lot

 

 

If I play like this... 

 

My computer hates me for it so I don't lol!

@kishar and @mrrakkonn Good stuff!  I'm working on my own club at the moment, so useful inspiration, thx!!! Kishar, where is the sofa and stage tiles from? Look classy.

 

My idea is a bit different though, it's sort of a sex freaks disco with private rooms, decent vip area (famous only - but 1 star is ok), some poles and a dancefloor. Still WIP - struggling with terrace and exterior at the moment. I built dynamic street signs (recolored) from City Living into the walls and made the club quite small - to make it feels crowded and lively.
