Femboy Race Reborn - Special Edition -New :Devious Devices Patch

Hello, this mod needs serious work... The followers included are completely bugged, the one in riverwood has blackface, the one in dawnstar causes CTD everytime i even look at her, also the tavern clothes do not generate and are invisible, who knows what other armors are not correctly patched. Everything in the mod works fine expect these annoyances. I have no vanilla armor changing mods and ive reinstalled this step by step like 5 times to get the blackface bug to go away from Bsama, even downloading black face bug fixes and to still no success... Please help a brother out as i really really really want those femboy followers and slooty clothes working. My skyrim so far is stable, i have not gotten any crashes except in these situations, nor have i seen any npcs with blackface.

In my experience, this is always due to a mod conflict, not a mistake in a single mod. Considering it appears on a follower from this mod, it'll be a conflict with this mod and another mod somewhere.

Then they are most likely not base game armor/clothing. Note that even mods that make small changes, such as Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes, are not compatible with this mod.

 

I find it annoying as well, but that's just how it is. The author has clearly stated he does not intend to add this, so if you want to use this mod with any mod that adjusts armor or clothing, you'll have to make a compatibility patch yourself.

Then they are most likely not base game armor/clothing. Note that even mods that make small changes, such as Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes, are not compatible with this mod.

 

I find it annoying as well, but that's just how it is. The author has clearly stated he does not intend to add this, so if you want to use this mod with any mod that adjusts armor or clothing, you'll have to make a compatibility patch yourself.

okay... but I still dont see what is wrong with my plugins or load order or anything, i dont have WAACF and like i said the only armor mods are bandolier and cloaks. He said he personally patched EVERY armor in game, so here is my predicament.

Because the Patches n Fixes file was the one that adds the Riverwood follower to begin with. The main follower for the Femboys mod is in a camp across the river from Riverwood. If you absolutely want the Sleeping Giant follower and can't figure out a fix for the dark face bug, you can do the following;

 

Load the mod in CK by clicking "data" then click on the mod to edit and set it as active

Once it's done loading, find the NPC you want to edit under Actor > Race > Whatever race the character you want to edit is

Double click on the name to pull up the object window. In this particular case, the Bsama you want probably has a big "DUPLICATE" sign on it

You can click on the preview check boxes at the bottom to... well, preview the character. If you're happy with how they look, close out of the object window, click once on the same NPC record, and then press ctrl+F4 to export face data. This should resolve 99% of dark face issues.

If you're not happy, use the "Character Gen Parts" and "Character Gen Morphs" tab in the object window to edit the character as you please, and when you're finished, export face data as above and you should be good to go. I don't actually recommend doing this most of the time, as it seems pretty disrespectful to the original mod author to me, but in the case of the Riverwood femboy, it was so incompatible with the chargen in 1.4 that all of the face data had reverted to defaults, resulting in the dark face bug.

The patches is for 1.3 as is where the follower was included. (riverwood and dawnstar)

 

The follower in 1.4 has been moved to anise Cabin and teh dawnstar one has been modified. SO deactivate the patch n fix file And that willl fix all your issues.

Black is mode conflict or a skyrim bug, not my mod.

All armor have been correctly patch all 100+ of  them.

AND THAT ONE BY ONE.

 

And not only vanailla armor mod can affect armor, mods such morrowind loot or cluster n fix mod can conflict.

I would like to share some patches that I made for SSE, I am still testing them, but they are very complete, need a polish and bodyslide files for some armors ...

05 - BD's Armor and Clothing Replacer Complete Collection ---- (This one just to work together, femboy armor is still normal female ... "yet")

Double click on the name to pull up the object window. In this particular case, the Bsama you want probably has a big "DUPLICATE" sign on it

You can click on the preview check boxes at the bottom to... well, preview the character. If you're happy with how they look, close out of the object window, click once on the same NPC record, and then press ctrl+F4 to export face data. This should resolve 99% of dark face issues.

If you're not happy, use the "Character Gen Parts" and "Character Gen Morphs" tab in the object window to edit the character as you please, and when you're finished, export face data as above and you should be good to go. I don't actually recommend doing this most of the time, as it seems pretty disrespectful to the original mod author to me, but in the case of the Riverwood femboy, it was so incompatible with the chargen in 1.4 that all of the face data had reverted to defaults, resulting in the dark face bug.

Are there custom Femboy animations? Or will I have to adjust the scenes manually as needed? Im playing as a non femboy male character. Other then that love the mod.

I'm at a loss, here. I made absolutely sure I have all the requirements. ALL THREE of the Apaachii hair files, RaceCompatability, XPMSE, and SOS. RaceMenu still isn't showing the mod. Can someone please help me figure out what I must be doing wrong, if it's not the hair?

Are you getting neck seam with male or female femboys?

And Devious Devices doesn't have full femboys compatibility. It's going to take of lot of work to make it compatible.

If you're having neck seam issues with the "female" femboys, then you might be using the wrong reference skeleton if you're building the bodies/armor in Bodyslide. If you aren't using Bodyslide to build the assets, then I'm not sure what would be causing it, but it does sound like a skeleton conflict. Try setting the reference skeleton to "skeleton_female" in BS and rebuilding the assets.

 

Devious Devices has been brought up several times in the past re: femboys. Most of the meshes would require reworking to make them fit the femboys bodytype, which is a massive undertaking on its own given just how many of them there are. My suggestion at this point (unless you're wanting to take a crash course in OutfitStudio and spend several weeks refitting every piece), is to use the LE version of the DD Support plugin and convert it to SE, though this solution isn't perfect.

 

 

I'll go ahead and post the version I've converted from the LE plugin, but keep in mind that, as I said, it isn't a perfect solution and a number of items might still be invisible (since the LE plugin is fairly old (March 2018), it may also be outdated compared to the latest DeviousDevices). All I've done is convert the meshes to SE and updated the .esp to form 44.

 They also don't have .tri files or BodySlide support, so morphs aren't supported.

i need help when i use the bodyslider it works in game but when i try it on armor it changes to the original body i use this mods armor so what did i do wrong - my body keeps its present nude but changes to the original body when i put on armor

I had troubles with this too. The way I ended up fixing it was opening up each armor in OutfitStudio and deleting the "femaletri" extradata for each shape. Save, then run through Bodyslide again and see if it works.

I have the patch for Cloaks of Skyrim installed, but they wont appear on my character. I didnt break the cloaks mod since it works with other races and the Femboy race works fine as well. Is it a problem with load order?

In BodySlide, open the outfit that's giving you problems and click this button to open it in Outfit Studio:

 

Once there, you'll see this window on the right:

i tested what you showed on some armor the bodys got the default look but the armors scaled to fit the body i made - i also tried what you showed with armor patches but the armors say CBBE instead of FemboyBody in Outfit Studio & they didnt even scale to the body i made they keep the default body --- ( edit - fixed original femboy armor to work - patch armor still not scaleing

Damn. The installation was easy, and even the very first male femboy I created looks absolutely stunning. However, with all the custom armor and even all of the bondage gear needing extra work to work with the mod, I doubt I can find the it enjoyable to use right now.

 

Here's hoping the mod continues to receive all the extra work it requires, especially compatibility-wise.
