The more complex your load order, the more difficulty it has, and it is ONLY interested in dependent mods being below their masters. Mods that don't have masters, like most scripted mods, that only have fallout4.esm as a master it has NO idea what to do with. It is one of the most destructive mods to a working, complicated load order I can think of.

 

I know folks will want to argue with me, and you go right ahead. MY loadout works like a charm (after MUCH consternation and gnashing of teeth) and I don't let loot anywhere near it.

 

Now that I got that off my chest:

 

Beta 7 to 10 needs to be cleaned. The entire way the mod handles the player character has changed and any leftover scripts will muck things up in short order. You will need Fallrim tools and a coach (unless you already know what you're about with it.) Or you can start a new save. Much less complicated.

 

The order should be, (once you're on a clean save) install AAF, then animation packs, then patches for packs, then AAFCP. Then any other mods. (The caveat here is AAF seems to like clothing/armor mods right before or after your animation packs.) Since you're working with MO2 that's not as important as getting alignment right in the install order pane. Leito's animations, Polistiro's patch for Leitos, AAFCP in that order.

Hello. I just installed this mod but am getting this error about Atomic Spanking. I'm unsure how to fix the error, was going to just ignore it and go on with playing since I probably won't bother using the spanking animation(s) anyways, but the white lettering from AAF (left side of the image) will not go away and I cannot open the AAF menu with the Home key. https://imgur.com/a/fzcXGdx

What version of AAF do you have? You need at least Beta 10 for that spanking animation to work, since the latest update made position trees require a reference in the position xml.

Hi. I think I have Beta 1? I haven't updated Fo4 or any mods since early August because I went through a lot of frustrating troubleshooting before I finally got everything set up and working properly. I will try to update everything today, but just hope I don't make a mess of things and break my current save file, lol.

 

EDIT: After a bit of trial and error, I've managed to get things updated and working.

 

I do have a few other inquiries about some quirks and for some animation alignment issues for Leito's and Atomic Lust animations, but I might need to make a new thread for that (if you think I should) so I don't clutter up this one.

I've taken a few screenshots and have given them a few captions commenting about the issues I'm experiencing. I'm curious if it's the body type that I'm using for my female character that could be causing these issues? I cant seem to use any beds I place. Can someone please post some object id's of beds that are certain to work with aaf and this animation pack?

Only dirty double beds are compatible at the moment. I do plan on adding sounds and facial expressions. I'm not sure where to get nice sounds though...

Option 1) Well, like Leito, you could use sounds that are already in the game. There are lots of "oofs" and "aahs" (fall damage, getting shot, etc. etc.) and gasping noises (surfacing after swimming)  even some sexy "Yes!" dialog, heavy breathing (the sounds of breathing as the Sole Survivor is thawing out at the start of the game) and the like.  And, it will already be at appropriate volumes and sound similar to other sounds in the game.

 

Option 2) Barring that, start up Audacity, go to pornhub or motherless, watch some porn and record some sounds. This may be problematic what with intellectual property rights.

 

Option 3) Or, if you really want the ability to customize, go find a cam girl or guy with a voice you like and ask her/him if (s)he'd like to record some dialog/sex noises for a video game mod.  This might require some cash outlay, depending on who you talk to. You never know, if you explain it, they might give you permission to record audio from their stream for free, if you credit them with their url.

Option 4) Ask RL friend(s) to record some sounds/dialog with you.... This option is the most fun.  If you don't have an RL friend that it would be acceptable to do such with, you can always engage the services of a professional. Remember, in most jurisdictions, it's not illegal if you are paying them to be voice actors....and if the cops ask why you are naked, just say "Method Acting." and move on. 

On a side note, I changed the "aggressive male dialog" in Leito's animations so instead of the male raider saying dumb stuff and laughing like Beavis and Butthead, I get Walter Sobchak from The Big Lebowski screaming "Do you see what happens Larry?" and "This is what happens when you fuck a stranger in the ass!" It's funny, but I would not suggest doing that for software you are going to release publicly - that's a lawsuit in the making.

Those are the ones from Homemaker, right? Any chance to add new ones?

 

Also, could you add in a no-strip option for the hug and kiss animations? I could do it myself, but I'm lazy. Thanks.

If I could, I would've loved to get the female sole survivor's voice from World of Warcraft or Mass Effect. The only voice actor I've seen around here is Chic Geek, but she's already got enough on her plate with Ivy Companion. Maybe I'll do option 1...

It's only true for some animation packs. This one requires AAF to be installed first.

Is the FOMOD install folders for v2.21 incorrectly installing "Rufgt's Animations.esp" as part of the base install? When I check the esp, it's reference meshes that look like they are part of the old animation files.

The ESP was never split up into option because having those records does no harm unless you reference them and installing only the AAF XML's you want and using only AAF to call them, no assetless animation will be called.

Does it also do no harm to remove it when there are no assets for it? Trying to save on my load order.

if no XML refernces an animation inside the plugin, then you can safely remove it.

Not sure if this has already been requested or not but a FFM animation would be awesome. My PC is Nora and Curie and I would love to make my husband Nate's (dual survivors) dreams come true!!

With regards to animations involving furniture.............is there a way to incorporate beds from other mods? Like Renovated Furniture https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9463

 

Also, the Institute bed that is available, all of the animations seem to want to start on the headboard end of the bed instead of from the foot of the bed. This forces Nate to have his way with my PC (Nora) through the headboard and the wall (if I attach the bed to a wall). If the animation used the foot of the bed, Nate would have full access to my PC with no issues.

I'll have to add that bed to the list of furniture I need to add support for.

It's been requested and I still want to make them, just won't be out soon.
