Best way is don't do it manually.  Get Vortex or MO2 or even NMM.  I still use NMM, never have a problem getting things to work.

I was unaware I could download it through MO2, which is the mod organizer I have.

I seem to have trouble loading the cow girl animation. I was told on a discord to get rid of Lady Killer Bed and Home maker. but it didn't work

Hi,

Is there a fix or patch for BP70s animations, so the animations work.  Animations do nothing and characters stand idling, until timer is done.  AFF error report says RXL plugin isn't active when it is.  All other animation packs work as intended.  Any help would be appricated. :)

Edit:  Finally got it to work, used Wrye Bash to enable it even though Vortex said it was enabled.

open the rxl_bp70_anims_animationData.xml file in the Fallout 4\Data\AAF folder with notepad ++ and look for the line

Spoiler

<animation id="rxl_bp70_MFF_lovetriangle_3" frames="240" offset="0,0,0,180:0,0,0,0:0,0,0,0">

then edit it so it is

Spoiler

<animation id="rxl_bp70_MFF_lovetriangle_3" frames="240">

if that does not work then you have some thing overiding your xml's and that could be either indarellos patch or the one patch or something else

I'm having trouble getting the animations and sound to work. I believe I've downloaded everything and updated everything correctly, but the animations aren't working. I can access the AAF menu and the animations pop up but when I try to use an animation the characters merge into each other and stand there. I've used SEU before and those work fine. Also, there's no sounds playing.

I'm using Vortex and the files seem to be in the right spot but the AAF error page tells me that the animations aren't installed or enabled, but they are.

Same thing is happening to me, i even verified the plugins.txt file but it said it was active

Hey! I'm having an issue with this mod. The majority of it works FANTASTIC and I'm in love. However whenever I try to use the chaise, it doesnt come up as an option.

I installed home maker (for the chair) reinstalled this animation pack, also reinstalled AAF - The One Patch to Rule Them All yet still it wont detect the chaise as an option for animations.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried using a chaise in e.g. Hotel Rexford or the memory lounge? If those work, it might be that the ID of the home maker chaise is different than the vanilla chaise. If you want to place a chaise in your settlement, use console command "pt 00108F58" while aiming at the place you want to have it.

Note that the chaise that pops up after closing the console cannot be rotated, moved or scrapped via Workshop menu. You just have to go through trial and error when placing it. If you get it wrong, click on the chaise in console mode and type "disable" and it will go away and you get to try again.

Am I alone with these problems?

I'm having the exact same problem (on 2.3). Came here to check if it was something on my end.

Those three animations and MMM Love triangle 1&3 are out of place. FFM works great however and I'm not getting an option for MMF. Everything else works fine as far as I can tell (didn't try out all the furniture animations yet), superb work!

I only got started with AAF this weekend, still figuring things out but I have it working for the most part.

I have One Patch overwriting Leito's and Crazy's anims and your pack is loaded after it so it shouldn't be affected (using MO2). I just tried disabling One Patch anyway for the purpose of this post but I'm still getting the same results.

Not a huge deal, but if it helps squash a bug, great.

Thanks and keep up the good work!

Hey, thanks for updating the mod, however i can't get the newest version to work, i manually deleted all of the old files and manually downloaded the new one, but the game won't recognize the "new" esp file, went back to the older version again to test if it was something else causing the problem and it worked fine like before, something about the new version esp file isn't working! any help would be appreciated.

if the xml's from one patch (which i have said before i dont support and probably never will) override or somehow have different names that overide mine there may be a conflict. i am not an expert on xml's or aaf so youd probably do best to either visit the aaf discussion thread or the aaf discord. i would much rather not provide support for things beyond the actual animation pack then give you false information on how to fix things

I am using the “one patch that fucks all” or whatever and I did the opposite. My position 3 and 1 are screwy for the threeways when I opened the xml and found the line you suggested was missing I added it and it fixed position 3. Havent tried to fix 1 yet. That’s for tomorrow’s festivities.
