Hey, I love your mod, I've been using it for a few years and I keep enjoying it more and more as you keep adding new stuff !
I've been having issues though with prostitutes working at my small business, I have tried 2 different small businesses : a massage and prostitution spa, and a straight up brothel.
The spa employees are only giving massages and never do prostitution.
The brothel I've only gotten one of them to turn clients, I have hired 3 other sims as prostitutes and they haven't turned a single client in several ingame days. I have tried only giving them the "be whore" employee task, I have tried using the romantic aura, hypersexual and escort call center lot traits, I have tried manually turning them into prostitutes before their first shift, packing the place with flirty decoration, solliciting them with my sim, giving them "be flirty", "be friendly" and "get naked" employee tasks : none of it works, and apart from that one employee, they don't turn clients and most of the time don't even talk to them.
Even the one employee that does turn clients wasn't doing it at all the first days and only started after I sollicited her while she was talking to someone else and it registered as both my sim and the other guy solliciting her, she went to have sex with my sim, got paid, then I had to use directed sex to make her have sex with the other guy who also paid her, and only after that she started turning several clients per day
Is there anything I'm doing wrong ? I'm not getting last exceptions so I don't have anything "technical" to send, my last idea was to try playing those sims for a bit to puff up their client list and see if they start pulling clients at my small business after that

How do I disable the "prostitution rules" that are keeping my non-prostitute married adult sims from having sex just because there is a streetwalker working on the same lot? It gets super annoying and the only resolution appears to be running ww.fix - which of course stops whatever streetwalker interaction is going on, along with everything else WW related, but at least my married sims can woohoo to their heart's content. Seriously, I want the prostitution mod, and I appreciate all the work that has gone into Wicked Perversions, but the rules thing is just a pain. I don't see what, if anything, it adds to gameplay and why it can't be disabled entirely if the user desires. Why is it a global command and not sim specific?

 

Also, how about allowing prostitute normal sexual progression and not necessarily fixate on a particular sexual act/category. It would be nice to start a specific creator WW sex progression without the sims jumping through different poses like circus acrobats without any rhyme or reason except they're all in the oral category, for example.   Basically, I'm just suggesting that the mod offer some very basic/simplified options for users who aren't interested in a lot of limits or find the way WP handles specifics to be a distraction.

 

Maybe these are already built into the mod? That would be awesome and if someone can point me to the correct settings, I would love it. But opening Tam explorer/settings is very bare bones. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place?

You are right, 

The original thought process behind this was that the people going to the strip clubs are first and foremost clients of the club, not of any particular prostitute stripper. So, they don't get added to client lists in the same way normal jobs in the wild would be. 

I'm currently thinking of changes to how the client list system works for prostitution. I'm open to adding a strip club business quirk to allow prostitute strippers to grow their client list normally. I think that would be the best option for this.

Nope, you can still do it. It depends somewhat on the prostitution context however. Usually you can just do it by canceling sex auto start and having your prostitute solicit another client before servicing the fist. There's also a chance of getting approached for a 3some when wearing the slutting outfit as well!

You need to be very specific on the context here. Who are the prostitutes in question, where is it happening. How do I reproduce it. Prostitution should only block sex when a prostitute (or client) is in a prostitution context. So, for example, if your prostitute is in their slutting outfit, they are assumed to be on the clock and only accepting sex from paying customers. In this case, it's easy enough to transform into a normal outfit for having fun with a husband/wife. 

Alternatively, if a sim is in a prostitution specific situation (waiting to service or servicing a sim) then the prostitute and client in question will also refuse sex requests until services are rendered. This is a technical limitation with WW, with WW using the same code for player driven sex requests logic and autonomy sex requests, with no argument passed to test the sex request source. If I didn't block sex with sims in active prostitution situations then you'd have silly things like a client propositioning a proustite, the prostitute agreeing, then the client fucking off to have free sex with some third party sim.

For the sex category code, I'm thinking about how to better support it. The sex category support for prostitution does add a significant amount of complexity to the system. Some prostitution events will be a la carte, so if all categories are enabled for your prostitute, then it should behave much like normal ww sex. Where as other context will have specific categories requested. I'm considering adding support for prostitution specific animation playlists too. It's something I'm investigating carefully and weighing out the pros vs cons. This is definitely an area where i appreciate all feedback on. Maybe i should include an 'offer everything' or order everything set of interactions as well.

Okay. I'm at a night club with lot traits Party Place, Singles Hangout, and Romantic Aura. There are zero streetwalkers on the lot. There are zero sims present with nisak prostitution trait. None of my sims have any nisak traits except one adult female who has piercings. I have reset all sims individually. I have reset wicked whims. There should be zero effects from the wicked perversions mod on this lot, with these sims, at this moment and yet...

 

 

 

 

Any sim/any combination comes up with the same result. I don't know what to tell you or how to recreate it. I have all mods updated. I'm not running anything bizarre at all, in fact, my custom content is pretty minimal. Basically the only script mods I'm running are WW, WP, BMD, and MCCC, Anyway, at this point I'm just going to remove the WP mod and not worry about it. I don't really need it for anything, just a couple worlds where I was playing with the Prost/slutting traits - not this world. I tried creating/loading a new save file, but I haven't yet tried just starting a brand new base world. It always takes the better part of an hour to tweak everything, so I hate doing that after I just got this one up and running. 

 

Well, that's it. I don't know why it's doing what it's doing. I checked the caged bird setting or whatever and basically disabled everything that affected romance/sex settings. I have zero dolls, although I'm sure the game created some NPC dolls. I haven't checked. It's just frustrating. A WP Lite would be nice, as someone previously mentioned. I'm sure it's not easy balancing gameplay with mechanics, and I have no idea what I'm talking about.

 

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. I appreciate your response and interest in my issues. Maybe it's just my game, I dunno. I'd like to keep playing with it and see if I can figurethe problem out, but I really just want to relax and play at this point, not spend all my time troubleshooting.
