Should the one where Dahlia has balls be the one where the male sprites are present? Maybe I could combine the two patches like that.

When you say "male sprites" do you mean male NPCs or just Lucas? Because I was thinking of making Dahlia's hair possibly the only difference between these 2 patches

I mean, right now we have like three male characters who have edits. (Male Swimmer, Male Schoolkid, and Lucas) I'm already going to end up making one without those three and just thought I'd include Dahlia's hair without the balls in that one since it doesn't make much sense to me to make a patch just for Dahlia, whom most players won't even encounter. Also, I'll let Dawn keep her boots in one of the patches and get rid of them in the other.

Well, this has got to be Nude Platinum's biggest update yet.

Nude Platinum Version 7-0-6 is finally here, and now, we have most of the overworld sprites completed!

This will not be the final version, however. There will still be more minor updates past this point, such as the addition of the missing sprites (highlighted in light blue) in the image below and to the left. Plus, some of the battle sprites still need edits done.

We're in the homestretch now.

Before you ask, you need to use Platinum Rev 1 for this.

Oh yeah, this update also adds images of the contributors' profile pictures to the credits as per your votes.

@Viewier I made some edits to the overworld sprites of some npcs, including Barry, I'm still working on his battle sprite so I'll post it when I finish it

 

PS: I don't know much about how to make male sprites in the overworld, so I based myself on the ones made by Catnatic for Lucas

Hello @Viewier, I edited the sprites of dawn from the intro and I edited some sprites throwing pokeballs to which I rounded some areas that looked very pointy

Slight problem, the intro sprites with Dawn walking are the Diamond and Pearl intro sprites and are functionally unused...i think. They may be used somewhere in Platinum but they aren't used in the Platinum intro as far as I know. I'm not necessarily complaining, but I thought i should point it out.

The reason why I put them there is because, once Nude Platinum is done, I want to immediately move to Nude Pearl, which those sprites appear in.

Diamond and Pearl just seem like the next logical step since most of the work on them has already been done.

For Platinum, since Sinnoh is supposed to be based on Hokkaido which is like the coldest part of Japan, the characters are dressed up in warmer clothes to reflect that.

The game is also more clear that it's the winter season as snow patches can be found on the overworld unlike Diamond and Pearl.

There is not, if anything Catnatic might make a version of their Diamond and Pearl mod for Dawn instead of Lucas, like they've already done for Emerald. But if you want Nude Platinum specifically with only Dawn nude, I don't think that's going to happen.

Most of this thread is rom hacks because they're easier and less time consuming to make than a fangame. Fangames usually have their own sites or threads, so they might not be here. Pokemon Feral F is a fangame with its own thread one this site, though it started in this thread, it still mostly uses Fire Red as the base.
