If it's for me, I haven't managed to get Hitomi yet, only Nagisa, but it's nice that you like my mod.

I got a bit hyped and also made a mod for Marie Body Type and an awakened version for Common

For some reason the bromides I load in is slightly darker than original

I think it's the same issue as when making CC preview pictures. The image is darker than the original.
However, if i open the picture with photoshop and save it, it fixes the issue. you could try that.
I know there are specific settings for DDS files but i don't know about png.

This happens when drawing multiple transparent meshes on top of each other.
I know the panty does not appear transparent but most panties use a transparent shader.
you could try redrawing the panty after making the shirt transparent.

The transparency is not working cause the hash doesn't support it. So you need to do is to forced it.
 0f90e32cbda59134-transparent.hlsl

drawindexed=auto

After that  you need to edit the alpha channels of the ps-t0 texture in order to control how transparent is it.

I wanted to advise you on that too, but also add this:

(from my experience of creating Lingerie Mod) .hlsl file does not work with everything, unless you can make it from scratch to fit exactly what you need

maybe try to find a hash of a suit with transparency on it and put that mesh over the top it? Ignore the hlsl file and do your typical transparency code.

Like for example:

 

put it on the side frills hash of the bra.
