After creating the missing mesh with blender, perform the following work with blender.

• Weight paint
• UV editing

After applying weight with blender, don't forget to "Normalize All".

 

By the way, It is difficult to manually apply weight with blender. So, usually, do "Normalize All" and try to apply weight automatically.

Another option is to transfer the weight from another model to the mesh you created. The data transfer modifier is used in this case.

The following two bodies have different UV maps.

(1) "Hi-metal skin" body
(2) "krunkDunk skin" body

 

You will have to recreate the mod using the body of the "HI-metal skin".

You may be able to easily create a mod by weight transfer from (2) to (1).

If you want to change your tan lines, you need to remove the old ones first! Then switch to the suit you wanna use the tanlines from.

I have a little non-mod related question. I have been playing on steam for quite a long time and to be honest Guest Points are practically useless, so why are they giving so many in missions:

Instead, they'd better give V-stones, or at least VIP Coins, they are rare, too, and needed to max out the outfit.

But in fact, I would prefer them to give one guaranteed SSR Trendy Ticket for completing these missions, I remember that they did it once, for Christmas 2 or 3 years ago and it was probably the only time.

Or maybe I don't know something and these points are still useful?
