if you mean the red pajama it was a SR costume from the previous event, not available anymore.

I did say it over on the DOAXVV Reddit. https://www.reddit.com/r/DOAXVenusVacation/ and https://www.kunoichigaiden.com/ are two great resources pack with info very quickly after each weeks patch.  Usually in under an hour or 2 after patch there is full translations of everything, I know both me and Knight77 converse over there with others.

You mean Misaski's Otsumi pincho? aka Maid outfit SSR.  No you can not randomly get that SSR unless they are running a gacha for it.  Or if by unlocking you mean awaken it, in which case no thats not done randomly either you need awakening stones to do it for 5 of that SSR which would cost a fortune.  Hard to answer your question since its kinda unclear what you are trying to ask specifically.

The lighting in VV is vastly worse than in X3 for close to no good reason. Not because of better technology or anything. It has the same lighting features as X3. It's just that the configurations are way worse. In some of the character cutscenes from leveling you'll see the lighting looks very nice, and then in gravures it looks dreadful. Just laziness on KT's part.

Actually you cant really compare the two lightnings in these two images. The upper one is from a mid day, with the sun in highest position and the lower one is from an evening scene, with the sun allmost gone and a way more orange tone.

Of course will these two look different and yes, their evening lighting is not the best. I for myself often change the light in the game to allways 10 o'clock. Thats my personal favorit lighting for the girls. Evening and night are the worst. The absolut best lighting however is in the dressing/shower room. The wet texture comes there into play the best way.

 

Since the gravure panel is set in a certain daytime I photographed the area in normal photomode. This is how it looks with daytime light (Morning and Mid Day light settings)

My bikinis aren't being replaced, but I can see the F1 overlay and if I cycle F2 I see the shadows change but the bikini stays put if replacement is off or on. The gacha demist works.

EDIT: The Costume Customizer thread linked to an old d3dx.ini; reinstalled the base and manually edited the ini and all works as expected.

Nowhere. Hooking a translation to the game is much more difficult than a model/texture mod, and much less stable, so no one's really bothering to make one. The game is easy enough to understand, and you can always get advice on the VV subreddit.

Are there at least any translated images to use for reference? You say it is easy enough to understand, but I have no clue what's going on beyond the very basics. I took me forever to figure out how to switch swimsuits (having to drag and drop on a specific screen to "give" the suit to a specific girl). I still have no clue what most of the options do, no clue how to navigate or use the store, and no real clue how to progress in the game beyond the bare basics (play matches to earn stuff). 

 

Guess I'll just keep reading various guides I can find and hope things start making more sense. I have no doubt the game itself is simple and straight forward, but language barriers are a bitch.

       Export the raw buffers (.vb + .ib) and testing your mod !

 

       If you did everything correctly you will not have any errors.

 

 

This also applies to the body.

 

This is the method that I use, it may be that there are other methods, but this is sure that it works and is not complicated.
