Is something wrong?

Recommended Posts

I am working with a brand new save now that I've gotten my mods all cleaned and in order. I am using MO, LOOT, and TES5Edit. When I started the game, I got a blank popup by the time the horse cart entered Helgen. Then when my character began to leave the horse cart and line up for the name call, Milk Mod Economy told me that the sandbox needed to be placed after the esp (it is). I thought it was weird and clicked okay. Then it gave another popup, a plugin check.

"Milk Mod Economy plugins check:

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.ddi Status: off

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.ineed Status: off

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.psq Status: On

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.sgo Status: ERROR

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck..sla Status: On

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.slhp Status: On

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.slp Status: On

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.sos Status: On

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.uie Status: off

Plugin: MME.PluginsCheck.zbf Status: On"

In the past (recently), I have had lots of issues with mods (I'm learning how to correctly use them) and may be a bit paranoid now. Is there an issue here?

The vanilla game is using a lot resources of its own during the intro, so any added stress to that, can be problematic. At least wait until your cuffs are removed. I usually wait until I exit the cave before activating all my mods.

I don't use those Death Alt mods myself, but they do allow you to install all you mods before starting a game usually without the of overloading the game engine.

Make sure that if you check the plug in you actually have that mod installed.  Do you have SGOIII installed?  Also MME is one of the most stable mods I have, if it said you need to put sandbox plugin after MME esp, I would take another look at your load order, and put the sandbox plugin after all the other MME plug ins.  I know you said it is, but I would double check.

Is this load order for MME okay?

MilkModNEW.esp

MilkModNEW CF.esp

MilkModNEW HF.esp

MilkModNEW ZaZ.esp

MilkMod_MilkPumpsFancyB.esp

MilkModNEW Sanbox.esp

Also, does MME have a menu in the Mod Configuration? If it does, I don't see one. If it doesn't, I'm fine.

Can't say if there is a problem or not but, typically it is good practice wait and install SexLab and all plugs-ins until after the intro Quest. That or use Death Alternative Mods.

Well, they are already installed. Do you mean disable them then re-enable? Also, I have read about a few Death Alt mods (money or your life, rape, capture) and I'm not interested in downloading them.

He said that wrong. What you want is a live alternative mod, not a death alternative mod, they have nothing in common. The point is to avoid the buggy vanilla intro. There are several, i think most common is LAL, there is an addon for LAL with more starts whch require sexlab and partially other mods (i think MME is one of them), and Cursed Loot and Maria Eden have their own optionally. Use only one of them.

Okay, something is wrong with MME, but I don't know what. There is no MCM menu and there is the popup regarding the Plugin Check (posted previously) and saying that it is out of order

my MME's load order:

MilkModNEW.esp
MilkModNEW CF.esp
MilkModNEW HF.esp
MilkModNEW ZaZ.esp
MilkMod_MilkPumpsFancyB.esp
MilkModNEW Sanbox.esp

I don't understand. I have all the required mods and the recommended mods.

I suggest posting your load order and problem here:http://www.loverslab.com/topic/36908-milk-mod-economy-2017-05-31/. From my experience when I have trouble with a mod, it turned out to be something simple that I kept overlooking because I knew I had everything installed right, but it wasn't. Have you checked your install with TES5Edit? If everything is installed correctly, most likely, another mod is breaking this one. Try uninstalling any mod not needed by this one. Try loading it on a known good save, Try installing an older version and see if it works. I'm afraid that's all I got other than beat it with a stick until it works or breaks.

I've figured it out and MME is working properly now.

That's great, Ignore what I just posted

How can you find a post from 2017 about this issue but not the post linked to the download page of the mod in question? I'm interested, and concerned, about this for real.

In the download page of MME, right below the green Download button there is the Support thread, that will take you to the forum post made for that mod.
