All I know is when I'm in the Charlemagne start date and select the female leader they put in charge of Kiev, it always happens. Further, I've run some randomized worlds and often seen said government type crop up with female characters in the same way, with the same 'impossible to do appoint' start up.

I guess I'll just run an event that kills all these governments on game start. I guess this hasn't happened to me because I always play custom characters. In any case - thanks for helping me find this bug!
nutsmcgee Posted December 31, 2018 Posted December 31, 2018 I'm having trouble with the lesbian divinity doctrine. It says I have to have a gynarchy to select it, but I can't have lesbian tyranny. How do I form a gynarchy? I assumed I'd need lesbian tyranny.

Describe the character you're playing and why you can't have lesbian tyranny.

It's not that I can't have it, it just says it's not allowed with the lesbian divinity doctrine. Maybe I'm just misreading, but I'm not sure. My character is a Hellenic lesbian queen. I also haven't gotten the event for lesbian marriage, but some of my female courtiers are married to other women.

Could it be possible to have the government start out with the Full Status of Women? Looking over the start, it seems that the government type simply flat out has none of the things in that law category enabled. At very least if you're going to go that direction, you may still need to worry about that.

Jendic Posted January 11, 2019 Posted January 11, 2019 I think I just found my first character for when lesbian Muslims become a thing: Sultana Arwa of Yemen.

Dehlaz Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 Got a little feedback: it would appear that after I changed my realm law in the restored Roman Empire to Female Superiority, my character's children were no longer born with the Born in the Purple trait. They were up until that point, as a Reformed Hellenistic religion utilizing Enatic Clans, even after I swapped titles from the Byzantine Empire to the Roman Empire. It's a minor inconvenience, but it is strange. It appears that switching to the "Imperial Gynarchy" govt. form may have caused this.

Dehlaz Posted January 12, 2019 Posted January 12, 2019 I did some digging and there's a comment in 02_traits that awarding the Born in the Purple trait is hardcoded, unfortunately. Very little information in the files as to how it's done. Edit: When my character died and was succeeded by a new heir this stopped happening. Very strange, but probably nothing to worry about.

You mean children started getting the trait again?

PhoenixDragon Posted January 15, 2019 Posted January 15, 2019 I'm having some troubles with this mod, my ruler seems to be unable to marry her lover. I've done the whole thing up to lesbian tyranny but still no option to marry her. I'm using this with DWF and my ruler has the Lilith heresy. She's able to take a concubine but no wife.

Are you tribal or feudal?

Both the ruler and lover are lesbian, immortal and well over 80 years old.... Ok I tested some more, pagan tribal seems to work as designed. Christian tribal can't make a Tribal matriarchy so it has to go through the feudal "quest line" Going from Christian to pagan tribal also works after setting up the Tribal matriarchy. So it could be I just ain't patient enough....
