Looks like a custom career(rabbit hole) mod is broken.

Getting an exception error whenever I choose "ask to join". I'm using the new update 163b.

I am also getting this error

If you still have the 162 version I would put it back for right now.  I did and my errors stopped immediately, am able to Ask to Join

Update your game via Origin if legal copy, if hacked game no help from here.

Most errors are from LittleMsSam mods.

Since you still have outdated game version 1.68 your mods might not match your game version.

Best to update game and all mods as most of the latest mod versions are made for latest game patch.

Latest game version is 1-71-86-1020 and yes if lms has updated mods you use update them too.
