So, what is confusing you?      

Well, I'm confused by the boats section of said post AND whether I only download a certain amount of animations , or is it ok to download both KW and AW animations? A lot of things are abbreviated and as a newcomer, I'm not always going to know what is being talked about.

Sorry for asking.

Passion plays both AW and KW animations. KW XML system is more advanced than AW is and contains Genders, which is defines if the actor is male or female, Accessories and holding items. So I suggest KW animations than AW.

In the boat section  there is an animations file that needs animations from other creators, to copy and use for different objects, as I explain. All those animations, that it needs are in the links of this section.

Hi TwillightStorm,

 

Sorry to have been out for few weeks. I've been quite busy. But now I am back and I have got an issue with CmarNYC_Penis.Package (see Picture). As you mentionned "the penis mod of your male or female Sims and their naked outfits needed to passion". I guess this mod is necessary to make passion works.

 

As I would like to update and test the OKW I made, I would like the sims to work with this package.

 

I someone has a clue about it, I would be very grateful.

Windows Registry Error?

Seems like windows lost somehow your sims 3 installation.

Look at least for the base game. 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds

If your system is x64 or if it's x86

C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\GameData\Shared\NonPackaged\Worlds

and see that Sunset Valley.world is still there.

If it is, this is win registry error. You need to reinstall sims 3.

If you use any registry cleaner, it's totally outdated.

If this is the case, it destroys your registry than clean it.

 

Another thought is that something is corrupted in your game play files.

Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 to another name, eg Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3OLD, run the game to create a new Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 folder and copy your mods and saves folder in the new Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. This might also fix this.

 

If this happens because of Cmar mod, remove it.

I say so in the read me.

If you have Cmar penis mod, maps, sliders etc, you don't need this package.

So delete it.

This one specially is for total newbies.

 

I think that I need a translation for this PDF to other languages.

I will need your help, people in case Read PDF is hard to understand in another language.

This must be fixed for future updates.

I am looking again this WTW OKW. I have still the issue of animations confusion when wtw animations are not alone in the Mods directory. I will send you a report on that. as far as I can see the others animations are from SMAnimation (as you noticed it too) and K69.

 

Otherwise should I adapt something to match the new passion 2.6.5 ?

Do you have an Origin or disc install?

If you have an Origin Install you might need to clear it's cache files follow these instructions Very Carefully https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Don-t-know-how-to-clear-origin-cache-View-this/td-p/5499713

 

Do you Awesome Mod installed and XCAS (Basic or Full) installed?

You can't have both of those installed at the same time their both Core Mods that share the same functionality. And you shouldn't use any of the standalone XCAS packages (those that can be used without the XCAS core mod) either as Awesome already does those as well if I remember correctly.

I am very glad to hear you again and I thank you for your kind support. I do not have Awsome mod because NRaas full all my need. I do not have XCAS package because I prefer to play with the 1.63 version.

 

Nevermind, I play with my cmar and I did not install the CmarNYC_Penis.Package. This package created my issues. Before I noticed it I made a new installation of the sims 3.

 

I really appreciate all the help you give around here

I believe that this script is the main reason of this issue, since you prefer to play with 1.63. 

 

1.67 works fine for me with no issues. Is there any particular reason to stay in 1.63 patch level?

I usually don't like to update patch when the game is woriking correctly. So I will try the 1.67 version

The problem here is defiantly cmar_XCAS_corefull67.package. which is combined in the update package.

I tried once corefull69 in my game with crash results.

So I should add  in the readme, that this package is only for patch 1.67

Hi TwilightStorm ! Sorry for not writhing in sooner but got ill, and had to rest rather then checking the mod, but what little i have seen already is that the couple finally stopped at the same time :smiley: But the moodlet that tells they are satisfiied or horny don't work as it should when i have passion standards on the setting :confused: The sim was even more horny after passion than before :smiley: He might have lacked in talent LOL Will check further and report back later. Will try resetting passion to see if it helps any ;) Thanks so much for doing this Stormy, big hug my friend ;)

Patch 1.66 has alot of bug fixes that your missing out on so updating would be a good thing to do.

Hi there, I was so happy to see this mod! I have previously used AW and had tried KW but didn't like it. I just got a new laptop and was going to try Passion. It's a totally fresh install, so I just stuck in a few packages to test. I know I'll have to put in animations, of course, but this mod immediately crashes the game. I looked through all 38 pages and didn't see anyone with this problem so I can only assume I've missed a very basic step. When I tested the game with the basic nointro and nosparkles packages everything worked correctly. You can see the package files that are in my mods folder, and I've tested taking all packages out except the core mod, Animated_WooHoo_Passion_Ver2.6.6.5.package and it still crashes. Again, I'm sure I'm being so dumb and would appreciate if someone could point out what I'm forgetting or doing wrong.

You forgot the Store Objects package you need to have that installed If you don't have Roaring Heights or the Classically Cool Fixer Upper Car that came with it installed.

And take out NoBuildSparkles that one is only for testing purposes and is outdated and has been known to cause issues for some people.

 

If you haven't already make sure to read the Read Me in the download.

THANK YOU. I did indeed read the Read Me but I read it wrong. This is how I read it: "Warning! If you don’t have RoaringHeights you don’t install StoreObjects.package  the game will crash at load." That's why I deliberately left that package out, because I thought the warning was NOT to put the package in if you don't have Roaring Heights but it's the opposite. ARG! :bawling: The game loads correctly now.

Passion needs to load everything that it adds interactions.

Most objects are inside the game.

The only optional is the game store objects.

In this case if an optional object does not exists as a reference in the game and you try to load it, the game will crash.

You don't need the object it self to prevent this.

Its reference is enough.

Sorry for this crash but there is no other way to load optional objects.

First let me say that you're doing an absolute AMAZING job with this mod and thank you for that, but there is just one tiny thing i have that i wish there was a workaround for it, it's the spaceman peener auto change setting, it bugs the gender, and not only that, we can't change size like cmar penis, is there any way to disable the auto change to sm peener when using SMAnimations?

Penner is an accessory. You can not change the size of an accessory during game.

SMAnimations were build with this accessory and not with Cmar penis

The size of it, is SpaceMan choice. As you see it, is how these animations look.

Remove or disable the spaceman peener from your mods. You will receive messages and if it bothers I can make a setting about  it, in next update

What i mean is, what detects a sim gender if male or female is cmar penis right? so when i play an SM animations it creates a second nude outfit and passion doesn't identify cmar penis anymore, so when i move to another object or have another sim join passion(threesome) it keeps switching and i have to switch the roles everytime i change to another animation, the thing is even if i remove sm peener like you suggested it keeps searching for that specific accessory in every animation loop, i create various sm peener acessories so that's why i'm asking if there was a way to stop the auto feature so i can use whichever i want.

No worries! All the info was there, I just didn't see it. It's all fixed, and working. Thanks for this mod, I was sad because animations were all going to KW and it's not my cup of tea.

Some Premium Store Items are that way and some not.

The Sauna, Outdoor Shower, Fit as a Fiddle Violin and Massage Table are all Premium Store Items but they have references in the game. But then you get ones like the Classically Cool Fixer Upper Car and the Bakers Station that don't have those references. Always found it strange how EA did things that way.

Sure, in the AW version of those animations. There are also in KW at the beginning of the topic and this one has the genders declared.

I just looked at the script. Passion does not replace Cmar penis. It adds Peener accessory and an invisible pants, to cover Cmar penis. So the gender is detected the same way as those objects were not added. When SM animation change to another creator, it removes them. That's how it works. This script was written one year ago and I didn't remember very well what I did with it.

I think that you need to use the setting exclude invalid positions for that.

It keeps searching for this accessory and if it's not load in your game, it only spawns a message.

Nothing more.

That's the only bother thing here and not in any animation but in SM animations only. If the animation creator is not SM, passion does not search for it.

No matter how many peener accessories you might create, passion reads the CASP resource key of its known peener, so it will never load any other peener clone with a different resource key. 

Besides that the same mesh is used from spaceman in his own animations.

If you change this mesh or its rig, the new penis might not work the same as peener.

I mean that, it might not move or might sink to the sim body, to reach its pelvis bone and just stay there.

By default, this object is sinked in to sims pelvis bone and it looks the way it looks, only in SM animations.

If it wasn't SM, this accessory looks hell stupid and it's totally useless.  

To see what I say, go to a male naked outfit, accessories and seek for BLOOM CramyBoy penis.

Add also the invisible pants (same icon) in lower body outfit, to see how it really looks like, in a naked outfit.

You will see a male with a piece of penis in his belly!

I'm not joking! That's the peener.

What you see in SM animations is NOT passion made. Is SM himself.

Come on, don't be sad for a better XML system than AW was.

KW animations are sims 3 animations that have a better XML system.

KW animations have nothing to do with what KW does.

The rapist for example in a rape animation is Kinky world.

The same animations after a teaser one is a rough sex one and not rape.

The animations are the same.

The way that a mod use them is always different.
