Here's my attempt at a Femboy, using the Tera Elin Race head instead. I was very messy in combining. Sorry if the lighting is a bit bad, don't do this often if at all.

My method for putting it together was... Very messy, it's basically a frankenstein of multiple mods and such, bits of Tes5Edit too and stuff, not sure it'd be easy to share

I believe that is SAM body in SavrenX's pics, probably with some changes in bone scale to look more feminine since default SAM has broad shoulders.

Femboy Reborn is a great mod, but iirc you really gotta texture shop (probably on nexus) or else imho it looks more like a really petite futa.  Seen some really good characters made with it tho.

 

Honestly, you can make a femboy even with SOS.  SOS got that thicc juicy ass even at 0 weight.  Problem is even with the hairless option SOS is hairy and low-res. >_>
