I've been very busy, but I have fully uninstalled femboy race mod and don't use it.

Ok. 
1. Reinstall XP32 if you installed SOS after it. SOS has it's own skeleton may have overwritten it.
2. Install Unique charater mod.
3. Download that Cbbe preset and textures I uploaded on nexus (androgyny one). 
4. Install textures of your choice. (If you are gonna use above mentioned CBBE preset it is either FSC or Bijin Skin (or I could upload diamond skin here if you want)
5. Copy those textures into unique folder and overwrite some of them from nexus preset.
6. Build bodies with CBBE preset and copy .nif files into unique character folder.
7. Build bodies in bodyslide again except with female appropriate preset this time so npcs go back to normal.
8. Install CBBE sos funtari addon. (and skin addons if you install something other than FSC)
(if you are gonna use COTR you do not need unique character. But I reccomend High Poly head mod from vectorplexus + Expressive facegen morphs.

I've been working super hard and I'm SO CLOSE! But I can't get the dick to work.

I have SOS. I have XPMSE locked at the bottom of my load order.

The game claims i "don't have an SOS suitable skeleton" (which makes no sense). I use the Gender Bender mod and it lets me equip the Futanari CBBE Addon dick, but it's:

A) Three shades lighter (it might be fair skin, since i need that for a femboy)

B) Floats and doesn't follow the body

C) Seems to bob from side to side itself.

Did I do something wrong or...?

I wish there was away for you of all to upload your fembois as NPC's/Followers/Presets. This thread is nothing but a tease   

 

Really need to pick up the pace in learning how to do this stuff and make good looking NPC's.

If you use the familiar faces mod, you can use it to make your own followers in-game

A) the futanari cbbe basically needs fair skin
B) you should build it in bodyslide (yes it has a bodyslide file)
C) maybe it will fix itself when you build it in bodyslide, other than that idk

Already using fair skin. Already built it on bodyslide.

the shirt and hotpants are from Hepsy's basic clothing on Schacken, glove's and choker are from COCO's KDA kaisa and the knee socks are from Osares Knee socks 2nd
