Where is the difference between the dialog base option and the menu. How can i abduct some one sleepig if I'm in the dialog mode?

How come that I'm always regarded as a female?

Type "player.placeatme 7" in console to create a clone of your character then just cast the spell on it to register the race. Once done click them wiht console open then run "disable" (verify the clone dissappears here, if not you clicked the wrong thing - type "enable" to bring it/them back) and  finally "markfordelete" to tell the game to delete.

 

As for why the dialogue options don't show there are several possible reasons

SexLab isn't detected as installed - verify in the MCM menu or disable/enable Abduction and see if the confirmation message shows

If it's a NPC in a vulnerable state - Abduction only detects vanilla game states and it's own knockdown effect. Anything added or modified by mods isn't.

The NPCs is blacklisted

The dialogue quest isn't started/working - see earlier posts on how to verify

You're running Win10 and it's blocking the mod from working

 

Best bet is to check your papyrus log for error reports

Didn't make any sense to add dialogue for sleeping NPCs you want to catch unprepared so I added a popup menu for them instead. It's triggered by sneaking and activating the target.

 

Abduction doesn't do any gender checking. The player and target are just handed over to SL that does the rest. The target is placed in the first slot which is reserved for the female ("recieving") which generally is enough to make them play a submissive role.

I saw you registered a custom race though. It's possible it doesn't got genders properly set up confusing SL own detection.  

If so you can manually override the gender to male with my Carnival mod. Just crouch and activate the power to bring up the menu for the player character.

I did not expect that everything will work right out of the box. This is far or than I hoped for. It might also be a conflict with other unofficially ported mods I have installed.

Hi Lazygirl.  I left a query on the Nexus site RE a reinstall of Abduction (was having some issues but resolved with a reinstall) and an abducted NPC that got respawned. Sorry to duplicate here, but you seem to be a bit more active here! Thanks!

 

Oh - and one question: is the 0.51.4 version here newer than the Nexus version? I'm assuming it is and downloaded it just now (probably going to respawn my respawns...lol).  :)

There's no good way to detect male or female in vanilla Skyrim. SexLab Light SE can do it but I don't want to add hard requirements. 

I've thought about adding more options like a knockout club that'll instantly incapacitate unaware NPCs or maybe a custom enchant that can be added to weapons reducing their damage to 0 but adding the same effect but there's nothing planned right now.

I use AFT, and since she was already listed in AFT as a follower I think I managed to break AFT's system.  The "follow me" command simply recycled, no matter what I did.

 

I think I need first of all to de-recruit her and send her on her way, and then try to do the sequence.

Update: tried that - still got "Follow me" recycling and no response to AFT tweaks / commands.

 

Just to warn everyone that this re-acquisition of a respawned NPC appears to be a minefield with AFT.

Just to be sure, you did dismiss and use the AFT function to unregister the original NPC in its system before doing the clone process?

That's the problem. I did not. Then after a "D'oh" moment, I reloaded the save I was working on and tried to deregister her first. And this is how it went:

 

I removed her from AFT as best I could and ran through the abduction process again. Oddly, when using CloneKill the original NPC only went into bleedout and I needed to use Kill to finish her off - at which point her head popped off all by itself and the courier immediately turned up to provide me 100 gold inheritance - even while her head was still rolling away. I was frantically trying to catch up with the clone who was running off chasing a horse but the damned courier was blabbing away. Once I'd left the murder scene my batch file not only recycled the NPC, but her behaviours too. Which included attacking the courier, then chasing the horse again, attacking me, and after 5 minutes of lunacy, turning up as the one I captured originally, standing around on guard duty. Only still incapable of understanding the follow me command. It was a pretty funny sequence - I wish I had captured it on video. :lol:

 

I suspect if I had used CloneKill on her original abduction then got the clone as the follower, I would not have this issue. I know some faction console commands I can use with AFT to really pull someone out of the AFT framework so I'm going to try those next. 

 

Anyhow - don't worry about it, your processes work, so I'll sort myself out. Just want to warn folks that AFT can be really difficult if things go out of sequence. Get Fraps rolling before starting...

 

[ Since I wrote the above, I finally had enough and killed the wayward NPC after she went berserk in Lakeview, and abducted a new one making sure I used clone-kill, and all is OK with this one. ]

If anyone want to give their new "friends" better names I made a mod to rename both NPCs and items - LazyRenamer . 

Make sure to read the description since there are limitations and a disclaimer since it requires the test versions of SkyUI and SKSE64.

I have a problem using Abduction, flowgirls and flowgirls dbsm. When the SEX voice is active the NCP female kidnapped takes the dominant and rape my player (female) and kills him at the end of the sex scene.

Can you make a option to turn npc into ghost.

Possibly, why?

I noticed when I turn the "quick restrain" option on, the pop up doesn't come up sometimes-

 

Not a big deal since A quick fix I've been using is to simply use the abduction spell menu to call up the options- toggle the quick restrain off then on then it pops up.

 

FYI- I was also getting the bdsm thing. And bdsm doesn't pop up through dialogue like it used to. I would imagine it would do so if I simply added the abducted npc to the bdsm faction by console commands.

Hmm, could be script lag.  Have you checked your papyrus log to see if there's any mods throwing errors or timeouts? Try disabling the quick mode and pick the default "no clone" restrain instead for awhile. The delay for the popup window to be display might give the game enough time to catch up.
 
For bdsm faction not being applied it's hard to say why, as long as FlowerGirls is detected as installed and the NPC counts as an adult it should work. The best bet, again, is to check the papyrus log and see if any errors are popping up

Not sure if it was from reinstall itself or from latest update, but after I got a little bitcoin miner and had to reinstall windows (Fall Creators Update), Abduction seems to work... Unfortunately I lost my savegame so looks like I'll have to start from scratch :s

I have a bit of problem here. The popup menu does not appear when I activate the bled out enemies. It only appear after I open the configuration popup.

I used that to capture Slaves for Paradise halls in Oldrim. 

Paralysed NPCs do count as vulnerable. If you've had a previous version installed you may need to do a "clean" update, scripts are stored in your save game and there's a possibility the old script without paralyse support remains otherwise.

Interesting, may very well have been an issue with the previous OS version not liking Abduction as I suspected then. Glad it got fixed though it would have made for some pretty badass bragging rights to have ones mod officially banned by Microsoft lol

What can I do against Abducted - Stripped - NPC's reeqipping their Armor?

Use the outfit option and give them a blank one to override their default. It's not guaranteed to work since there are more than one way to set outfits. Also you may have more success abducting clones since they generally more free from various hooks controlling behaviour including gear.

thanks. And there is another problem. sometimes if I draw weapons near an abducted NPC other NPC turn hostile against the abducted. Is there any chae to prevent this?

 

btw. For the moment i can only kill enemies and resurrect them. Is it a problem with my mods or did I do something wrong in the configuration?

While NPC feeling threatened and go hostile over drawn weapons would make sense AFAIK it's not a feature in the standard game. 

 

If the knockdown never triggers the default bleedout (triggered at less than 10% health) should still work to restrain from.
If you're using the knockdown option note that the player threshold is the MINIMUM requirement and the enemy the MAXIMUM health thresholds for it to trigger. E.g if you set min player to 1% and max enemy to 100% knockdown should happen on the first hit.

 

If you're still having problems start a new game with no other mods active (SKSE64/SkyGUI is fine). From the main menu you can use the console command "coc qasmoke" to teleport to the test cell which bypasses the intro stuff entirely. Then it's just a matter of spawning in a NPC or use the buttons in the room with cages, think it can spawn in humanoids too, to test on. Make sure to toggle god mode with "tgm" to make things easier.

 

Should the problem persists at this point you may have a botched installed or the mod breaking Win10 bug mentioned earlier.
