That said, slaves do not work with Sim Settlements. Or rather, the issue is that they can only perform the tasks that are linked to their obedience system - farming, guarding, shopkeep & caravan. Due an oversight, this also means that they never sleep or engage in "loiter" activities. They cannot perform any of the tasks from SS - the can't build, update, or even use any of the new buildings. Just the old vanilla stuff. For everyone else, I recently tried experimenting with "Amazing Follower Tweaks" because it has an function that supposedly turns any NPC into a settler. While this works for all the vanilla game stuff, it sadly does not make these new settlers compatible with Sim Settlements (they'll still do vanilla jobs but won't build or upgrade anything) nor does it fix the issues with slave activities. When used on slaves all it does is force them to require beds (which they still won't sleep in) and count for population, even if you've turned that off in JB. How can I accomplish this, please? Can't be done AFAIK. You could try changing their race to ghoul or something first, then back to human, but don't blame me if it goes horribly wrong. Frankly, I don't mind raiders looking filthy, since I just use them all as farmers anyway, but you're right in that gunners should at least be cleaner. Anyone who can afford plasma rifles and vertibirds should be able to afford some frikkin' soap.
Badtanker Posted December 6, 2018 Posted December 6, 2018 Not sure what is causing this problem but AAF or something with it doesn't recognize any slave male or female so get error saying there is no other actor for the other part of animation. They do animate but not in the right animation. Any Idea what might be causing this?

D_ManXX2 Posted December 8, 2018 Posted December 8, 2018 Has this somehow been reported but it seem even though i set not to prevent furnature when you initiate dialog with the slave and tell him/her that your gonna train them there is never furnature chosen even if your standing right next to one.

That is set in the MCM, "use AAF scripts" and "block furniture use." No/Ask/Always Set scripts to "Yes" and furniture to "Ask"

Beyound Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 Just found a weird bug, when using Just Buisness with Be-Exceptional/LevelUpMenuEx. When i rename a slave with the text box it restarts/reinitialise Be-Exceptional/LevelUpMenuEx. Guessing this happens because of TextInputMenu and LevelUpMenuEx thinking it is the menu used when the player adds their name. Don't see a way of re-adding skill points lost and i had this happen at level 5 - 9 and so on and didn't notice until now. So gonna just restart this playthrough, and avoid renaming any slave at all.

You can either sell them to Mason in Nuka World or get the Auction House mod from here and go see Gary in Goodneighbor.

Merk1988 Posted December 20, 2018 Posted December 20, 2018 Hi. having a little bit of a problem with your mod. when i open up MCM and open up the Just business tab it says that the Just Business.ESP is not installed, I have checked my loadorder and it is there. any tips on how to solve this?

That's a problem with whatever animation files you're using. JB simply loads them, it does not include them in itself.

Look into its comments page for a sticky with the actual link to the maker's own private file repository - a working version is in there. Add it manually. Hmmm, assuming English not primary language, that's OK. When you say can't assign a home do you mean the list of settlements that pops up when you tell them to "go home" or did you mean the inability to assign them beds? Because I've never heard of the settlement list menu not popping up, but that sounds like it might be a UI issue - make sure all your dependencies are up to date. If it's the bed issue, that's normal. Due to a small oversight in the mod, slaves only do the four activities linked to their obedience score - farm, shop, caravan or guard. They do not sleep - ever. Nor do they take breaks or engage in any of the other normal "idle" activities that regular settlers do (unless you specifically tell them to, in which case they'll just idle and never do any work). You can try assigning them to beds and it will say that it worked, but the game will forget all about it once you leave & reenter the settlement. MCM should always be at, or very close to, the top of your mod list. To be more exact, it should be above any other mods that uses the MCM - which is probably all of them. So, yeah, top of the list.
