The relevant info could be found in the first line of the mod page, in the 'File Information' section on the right of download page, and in the download section there are files labeled for 'LE' and 'SE'. yeah thought it was just LE i have been using your animations for a long time before you made it compatible, great work as always and thanks for the response

I am SO looking forward to being able to use these again! Game got seriously effed up after the AE update. I didn't install the update, yet for some bloody reason I cannot for the life of me get Creature Framework to work. No more creature animations! Aaaaaargh! Been trying for months now to get it to work, but no good. In the meantime I'll be seriously missing your marvelous content too...

Did ya toggle the animobjects in the fomod when you installed?

I reverted to 5.1 SE and draugr are working again so I'm pretty sure it's something to do with 5.2 SE version

 

The player character animates but the draugr just stand there and it affects ALL draugr animations, even those not in your pack.

Just checked and yes it was someone else animations, I'm so sorry for this false alarm but now I have question: why are female masturbation animations tagged "Straight"? It's important when you use "Restrict Strap-on use" since it removes all "Straight" tagged anims and I'm not sure those qualify

Straight masturbation as opposed to big ghey masturbation? But like actually I guess that'd be why. I don't know what that tag does aside from maybe effect SexLab stats, so figured might as well leave it there so nobody catches the ghey from fapping. The answer to why most animators use questionable tagging is probably because we don't know any better. Except MadMansGun, he probably knows what's up.

as far as i know (but i could be wrong) sexlab itself does not use "Gay / Straight" tags for any of it's functions, it just looks at what actors are in the animation, it's other mods that may use them.

 

for solo animations i myself mostly don't see a use for them there (the exception being maybe using the gay tag for a "male using a dildo" animation)

Thanks for the suggestion. Why do you think this particular mod will solve my problem? I'm willing to try anything at this point (lol) but I don't quite see the connection myself. Also: it does indeed look like the mod needs an update, because the description says it is based on (and requires) More Nasty Critters version 12.3, and that later versions are incompatible. It's been over a year and no update, so I don't think one is forthcoming.

Not sure if its from SexLab itself or if its from OsmelMC SexLabUtility+ but there is an option called "Restrict Strap-On Use" that removes all "Straight" tagged animations when scene doesn't have any male actors. I asked about it because it also removes female masturbation anims since... well there aren't any males and they are tagged as "Straight"

Yep, reinstalled to make double sure, disabled the invis furn anims the second time around, still no joy. I went back to the previous version I had and everything shows up fine again.

Hello,

 

I hope I'm not a bother or asking a stupid question, but for the life of me I can't figure this out. I'm on Special Edition, by the way. I have the downgrade patcher so I'm not on AE.

 

I have downloaded some animations and they were added without issue, they work with the game just fine, human and creature. But then I tried to add Billyy animations and for some reason SLAL won't pick them up. I ran FNIS and stuff beforehand, and there aren't any errors. I also did the whole "disable, rebuild, reload JSON, enable, register" deal within SLAL, and it just says "0 new animations registered." Now, I checked my animation count, it says I have 110 human animations and 51 creature animations, this should be well below the limit from my understanding, especially since I have the mod that raises the limit to 750. I also have FNIS XXL to bump up the FNIS limit.

 

I look through the list of animations and even bring up the console to watch SLAL register the anims, but it only sees the ones I added before Billyy animations. I'm really not sure what I'm missing.

 

Also, my apologies if I'm asking this in the wrong place.

Ah, you were correct. I did some digging and realized that the Jcon file I got was specifically for a newer version of SE, and so I had to find one that was made for the version that the downgrade patcher rolled it back to (Downgrade patcher = makes your AE version back to SE so it works with mods). Thanks for the tip, would've been lost without you! Once I downloaded the right version everything was there like a charm.

You can check the Data\meshes\AnimObjects\Billyy folder for GloryHoleShack.nif and see if it’s the right one. If not you could in theory be able to rip the nif from the installer file and manually place the right version in that folder.

 

I’ve got futa’s labeled as females. There’s not great support for them though, so I don’t know how they interact with sexlab necessarily. I guess if people changed their futas to be the ‘male’ sex they might not come up automatically. May be another case of no ‘correct’ way to fix it.

 

 

The bound animobject isn’t ‘smart’ and linking with DD or anything, it just always puts rope cuffs on. I figured it was the most realistic to pop-in outa nowhere. If used with DD itself it might be better to not have the animobject option installed in the fomod and instead just use the animations when your character is already cuffed. Again something not well supported as DD seems pretty unfriendly for external animations.

i managed to get them running good, i just added the tags in sexlab that i wanted it to work with, so now i have male on futa, futa on futa, futa on female etc
