MrHuxley Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 This. For whatever reason, the ENB I'm using has the Insert key has the print screen button. The screenshots tend to come out nicer if you don't use Steam's. I been trying to get some screen shots of my skyrim game, but they don't come out so good, was wondering what is the preferred screen shot method/program? ENB+/or SweetFX for lighting effects and stuff. Method? hit insert or whatever your mapped key is and Practice. I had never used an enb, till i tried using some of the lighting mods like EL&FX and Climates of Tamriel, and ran into a problem that required me to use one, I have ENB-easy. as for screenshot key, I have my Skyrim installed thru steam, , so F12 is the default key. Just that the screen shots don't come out as good as what I see in game, nor as good as the ones posted here.
Dallas-Arbiter Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 Technically the default screen shot key is "prtscn" f12 is Steam's rather horrible screen shot key, ENB has it's own key (I can't remember what it is, because I use fraps) But using prtscn with an ENB active, it will not take into account the brightness level of the game, or the ENB at all. But Fraps and the ENB's screenshot code will take everything into account, so the pics look exactly like they did when you took them.

New character, new ENB preset...simple, low impact performance type settings. Just shadows, DoF and color correction. Good times! The character's face might look familiar to some of you, Race Menu Nord preset I made from HeroedeLeyenda's excellent Tanya follower mod...just a few adjustments for personal taste. N~dles

Jexsam Posted October 11, 2017 Posted October 11, 2017 About a month ago I learned KurooNeko Photo Studio was a thing that exists for Skyrim. While the main lobby is a lore-breaking abomination, that's not really the important feature of this mod. Rather, what makes that lore nightmare worth tolerating is the themed rooms it contains, all themselves pretty lore-compliant, as well as five "dark rooms" that each house a different colored light. These dark rooms are a bit finnicky; they aren't quite spaced far enough apart, so some of the lights from other rooms interact a bit; and some of the colored lights are... richer than others, particularly the green light room. Despite these minor issues, it's a pretty great little resource for taking screenshots. I haven't played much with the theme rooms yet, but I did poke around the dark rooms over the last couple of weeks. So here's a series of shots of all my active characters,, categorized by character. Hardcorelauch Posted October 12, 2017 Posted October 12, 2017 Introducing my "newest" Player Character Kenna Val Antya, staring out of Bards College onto the Raod in Solitude, wondering why she accepted Sennas request in Markath to travel all the Way to Solitude, get accepted as a Bard and learn some special techniques to "Play the Flute", only to be send around all of Skyrim in search of severell Instruments the other Bards somehow lost in Caves or Dungeons.
