What body/textures are you using? I'm curious as to how the nipples are popping in the last screenshot, since my attempts at using bodyslide on nipples tends to make them a bit pointy-er than that.

I thought the yorha dress looked nice but thought it could use some spicing up so I threw it into blender and removed the parts I wanted gone and then added a pair of sexy underwear to go with the top. 2nd one is part of the zarina outfit. Last 2 are modified skyrim outfits first one is the colovial dress with transparency with sleeves and chest area removed and the last one is the linkle outfit with everything but the coat part removed and panties added just don't ask about the arm as I have no clue why her arm is like that maybe she sleep on it wrong or maybe this is what really happens when you play with yourself too much.

That is caused by a Dirty skeleton import you'll have to remove the skeleton, save your work then re-open blender & import the skeleton again. I know this from dealing with the same thing alot till I discovered what was going wrong.

Thanks for the info I don't import skeletons into anything so it looks like it was caused by outfit studio's then since the outfit itself was exported out of the nif in .OBJ format so that I could separate parts to delete what I didn't want in blender and then fused the rest back together so there wouldn't be anything attached to it in .OBJ format as it doesn't support skinning then started a new project and loaded it into outfit studios followed by some scaling body adjusting and then adding the bone nodes.

hhmmm  ok yeah I don't know squat when it comes to outfit studio, I just know about Blender & how it tends to corrupt skeletons when they get imported, & Exported for that matter.   & your pic demonstrates a perfect example of what a dirty skeleton can do & looks like in game if & when it is exported from blender.

problem isn't blender

don't do anything in objet mode, do everything in edit mode

nif work fine in game, you just can't load it right in outfitter

 

 

you have to click on - 90 when you import in blender, or outfit is on the ground

and you have to replace scale 10 with 100

 

if you move that on the bodie in objet mode and export, result is a nif with scale and rotation

 

outfitter fail with that, had to apply transform before importing for the outfit to match the reference

if you try to reload it in outfitter, you get the screen above

if you delete the bsdismemberskin you get that

So I downloaded the Khinara Jade preset from the Nexus the other day, and 1, I didn't have the correct textures, and 2, because of not having the correct textures, the preset didn't look that great, so I tweaked it a bit, and got this:
