gem1n1 Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 A couple of observations: - People have talked about the odd sizing of the guard outfit. Someone mentioned drag-and-drop resizing...how do I change that? Bodyslide? - The shock collar keeps unequipping. I'm assuming this is meant to be locked on the player.
Jenova23 Posted February 8, 2017 Author Posted February 8, 2017 I tried the mod and work well until the quest deja vu. I get the point were Gata told me that we are going to a camp and then nothing. she follow me around but I don't have a new quest marker. The quest is still lock on "speak to Gata again" (mark as completed) but nothing else Any idea? I believe that part sometimes takes a bit to load up, especially if it's after a sex scene I had to speak with her several times. Nope I don't think so the Quest "speak to Gata again" is marked as completed. Gata is dressed with the Sadistic Magician Mash-Up Outfit and follow me around but I don't have any more quest options. Everything is marked as completed Hmm... I'll have to test it and see, I'm not quite sure exactly where your at. It's in the quest Deja vu The problem is in the quest Deja vu. In the guard barrack cellar, I reach the third step of the quest but after she told me that we are going to a little adventure and that we are going to a camp to get a satchel, I don't have any quest marker anymore. So on deja vu I manage to complete the following steps -Meet Gata by the cellar -Speak to Gata -Speak to Gata again and after nothing I've noticed this part is broken, so I need to fix it. I've been busy at work so I'm almost finished with the next version. A couple of observations: - People have talked about the odd sizing of the guard outfit. Someone mentioned drag-and-drop resizing...how do I change that? Bodyslide? - The shock collar keeps unequipping. I'm assuming this is meant to be locked on the player. I've fixed that in the next version, so it shouldn't do that. I'ts going to be a bit before I release it though.
Guest Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 Well, so far so good. Had a few hiccups but most of them came from unequipping the recruit armor. However, now I'm at the Promotion stage of the scenario. I get the mission, go inside Dragonreach (get a glimpse of some writing that tells me I've completed the mission) and then look around... and there's nothing to see. Nothing happens. No guard captain. The Jarl is upstairs and looking at maps. There is no ceremony. Even if I wait. Not sure what I've missed.
Vidust Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 So has there been any fix yet for your character's body mesh becoming... extra curvy when you put the recruit armor on? I saw a few people mentioned this in the thread but no one really addressed how to fix it. Thanks!

I saw a few people mentioned this in the thread but no one really addressed how to fix it. Thanks! That happens when you install armors after creation kit loads. Pretty much you just have to go into creation kit, find that armor mesh, then just open the file up again that's causing the problem. I've been busy with work so I haven't had time to do much at all, plus I just want to release a version that has several fixes more then just something small like that.

Yeah... okay I tried it and nothing changed. I loaded this mod in the CK, found the Recruit Guard Armor in the list of armors (I think it was the right one), double clicked it to open the menu where you can edit it... and then what? Was that all I was supposed to do? You said armor mesh, did I look at the wrong thing? Is that something different from just opening the CK entry for the armor item that you equip in-game? Maybe I'm supposed to find a list of actual mesh files (as in like .nif files that have nothing to do with in-game items) somewhere else, and that's what you meant? I'm not clear. I kinda want to fix this before continuing on with the game.
MidnightVT Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 Awesome idea and great mod however Im having an issue Whenever i go to the riverwood inn and talk to the guy he says something about follow him to a room, then he just stands there. he never goes anywhere or has anything else to say
hyuhyu Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 Looks very promising, I also managed to get to the Deja Vu quest where she talks about going to a camp and then nothing happens.

Jenova gave me a reply but I wasn't able to fix it using their suggestion, did anyone else encounter and fix this issue previously?
vieuxgribou Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 @ Vidust If you have showracemenu, set the weight to "0" and look if it's better. Waiting for a better solution in the next version.

Yeah, that's one way, not ideal but thanks. Too bad it doesn't seem like there's a straightforward way to properly fix it.
MidnightVT Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 Whenever i go to the riverwood inn and talk to the guy he says something about follow him to a room, then he just stands there. he never goes anywhere or has anything else to say No solution to my problem? Feels bad man. iv had the same issue with 3 different versions of the mod btw never been able to get past this part. I let it finish the dialogue i dont click anything. Done it several times from the start always get stuck there in riverwood inn.
Vidust Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 Sorry to keep posting, but I also just wanted to add that I haven't had any issue using SkyRe with this mod. I saw someone said they had a problem giving the Commander a "Steel Sword", but I literally just grabbed Lydia's and gave it to him and it worked just fine, so I dunno. Edit: I know this mod is finnicky, but I can't get past the part where you're supposed to relieve the guard during the quest First Guard Duty (I think that was the name.) He goes and has his scene with the prostitute, and then it says "Wait for the captain" with a marker over the guard's head. If I either wait without talking, or wait after talking, nothing happens, and the captain never shows up. What's happening? To be fair, at the end of the guard's dialogue, the dialogue menu doesn't close, so am I supposed to just be patient and wait for a few minutes with the menu open?

Done it several times from the start always get stuck there in riverwood inn. I figure I should give you the answer since I just got passed this myself with the help of someone who told me how to do it, that part was bugged for me too, but if you type into the console: player.sqs G__Part4 you should see a list of quest stages with like 10 1, 20 1, 30 1, etc. Find the first one that's set to 0 instead of 1, I think it was like 50 or 60, and then type setstage G__Part4 xx where xx is the number you just found, 60 I think. Then talk to the guy, it'll act as if you followed him into the room, and everything continues as normal. Anyway, it would be nice to be able to remove the recruit armor and continue on with playing other quests in the game, before the ceremony with the Jarl. (I realize I can leave the mod alone but then I'm stuck with the armor on forever.) I can remove the collar freely but not the armor, which seems backwards if anything, but I would much prefer to be able to remove both freely, and just have it so that the mod dialog choices don't show up without them equipped, like was happening at the start of the mod. Also, there's a really long pause after the first guard duty, where the guard takes a "break" then says to not say anything, and you wait for the commander to come to the prison. I found out the hard way that it seems the quest is broken, but if you wait 3-4 minutes with nothing happening (still in the dialog menu since it doesn't close automatically at this point), the commander does show. Might want to fix that. Also in the Bannered Mare when the commander tells you about the ceremony with the Jarl, the dialog doesn't close at the end, and I thought I had to wait again in a similar fashion as above, until I gave up, waited until the next day, and discovered that the quest actually was still working properly. So yeah, just so you know.
bearcano Posted February 25, 2017 Posted February 25, 2017 This sounds like a really fun mod, I'm going to keep an eye on it!

thatguy1! Posted March 1, 2017 Posted March 1, 2017 Looking at the armour it is a bit large for my liking, however I do not have the knowledge on how to edit this to my liking.
darkevilhum Posted March 16, 2017 Posted March 16, 2017 To people griping about the armor not fitting their body mesh.. basic modding guys, just go into the mod files, find the outfit that's not to your liking and replace it with one that is.. if it's a guard outfit then just get a guard outfit that fits your characters body from your game files and use that as a replacement. Huhuhu, just looked at the mod files, I was about to play this mod but I'm curious, are all the npcs from this mod fat? Or are those unused loose files in the meshes directory?
anolbee Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Please remove the second courier in your next version, he is a buggy guy who never comes again to me. I waited and load door a lot of times, but he was nowhere.
soulpoet1980 Posted March 29, 2017 Posted March 29, 2017 Problems by Priority The first sex scene won't make sense. If anyone knows of an animation involving the player getting a physical or some sort of an examination, please let me know! In case no one has mentioned it yet, Slaves of Tamriel Continuation includes exactly those animations.
thyne Posted March 30, 2017 Posted March 30, 2017 OK I talked to almost every guard I could find but none of them starts the mod. Ether I'm missing somthing or a mod I have brakes yours
legraf Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 For those hoping to try this out without wearing armour making one as wide as they are tall, this seems to have worked for me: In this mod's folders, go to "meshes". Then start working through all of the subfolders. At least for all files corresponding to your character's race, delete the *_1.nif files, then make copies of the *_0.nif files, and rename those copies to *_1.nif. For example, for my Nord: in the meshes/armor/gatti/yumiko folder, I see the following files: Nord HugeYumikoStocking_0.nif Nord HugeYumikoStocking_1.nif I delete the second one (Nord HugeYumikoStocking_1.nif), make a copy of the first one, and rename that copy to Nord HugeYumikoStocking_1.nif Now both files are identical, and the "slim" versions. Don't forget to do this in the CumMesh folder too. There are some folders where it actually isn't necessary, but you'd have to look at each in NifSkope to check. To "fix" Gata, you'll need to do this for Imperials also. Obviously, it's better to use a batch command to do this en masse instead of file-by-file! I'm too tired now to work that out. If some kind soul does so, they could share the batch commands, which seems more polite than uploading the "fixed" mesh folders without our creative but absent modder's permission! Note: the ripped novice armour is invisible on my Nord, unfortunately. I tried copying over the mesh from the Breton armour to see if that helped, but it did nothing (still invisible), drat. If anybody can help me there, I'd appreciate it!
legraf Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 OK I talked to almost every guard I could find but none of them starts the mod. Ether I'm missing somthing or a mod I have brakes yours I found it wasn't enough to have Breezehome and Lydia. I don't know what else changed, but on receiving Lydia, I went off, once with her and once leaving her in Breezehome, did more heroic killing of bandits, and came back. Then the guards had the proper dialogue. So... maybe you just have to go away and return, or maybe there's something else.
Lolicon4Ever Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 My armor is bugged... Weird meshes, is there a way to fix it?
