Papadrino Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 I still play part 1 and 2 in my dreamcast, waiting for the third part to see the conclusion. Â
deathclaw_fantasy Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 Pretty epic track imo, everything Nobuo Uematsu touches is gold. Underrated Final Fantasy too, my personal favorite. Countless hours playing the demo and hearing this song Â
ToJKa Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 Ah, there's the "awesome soundtrack". About time https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UCHsiy8ZHo
Captain Cobra Posted April 24, 2017 Posted April 24, 2017 Â The Yakuza Series and it's music is criminally underrated, desu.
Reenah Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 I always rem this one from when I was a kid - now it's one of my go-to chill out tracks. Love it! Â Â https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oORuDOR_HE Â Â Â
Molevalence Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Love the game or hate it World of Warcraft has some pretty damn good music. This is one of them. Â
Storms of Superior Posted April 30, 2017 Posted April 30, 2017 Love the game or hate it World of Warcraft has some pretty damn good music. This is one of them. Â Â Speaking of WoW music, back in the day, Arathi highlands and Winterspring were must stops for questing based on the atmoshere that the music lent to the questlines in those zones. Each of the two zones shared the same musical track, but it suited each of the two zones that perfectly. Â Â I miss the old WoW so much.
Otti Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 very old but i hear these gamemusic very often: Shadow of the Beast (1989) by David Whittaker.
Deso561PL Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 Â I am suprised, blizz decieded put HOTS soundtrack to youtube channel. But is really cool!
Jazzman Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 The Curse of Monkey Island  Got my copy on Xmas 1997, aged eight, and I always felt myself soul mate to Elaine...
winny257 Posted June 5, 2017 Posted June 5, 2017 The Curse of Monkey Island  Got my copy on Xmas 1997, aged eight, and I always felt myself soul mate to Elaine...  1997 I was 40 years old.  I always make this, Music playback on off.  I want to play and not to hear soundtracks.  Edit: but beautiful music.  this was one of my first computer roleplaying games. Lands of Lore Â
Guest Posted June 6, 2017 Posted June 6, 2017 I gotta say something clever about 1997 and go hunt for a video no one will see? What's my motivation? O yeah, some of the people here are real nice. OK "Quake", the first one. It's probably the Only game in my short gaming history that I really cared about the sound track. The music I can't remember right this exact second, but those growls from the monsters are embedded in my brain. "Nine inch nails", google says. Video TBA Â
ToJKa Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 My history with games stretches a bit further than -97, and this one still occasionally pops into my head https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7K42QZV2l64M Â Meanhwile, in 2017...
Deso561PL Posted June 11, 2017 Posted June 11, 2017 Â Two Steps From Hell is great for soundtracks in games.
ToJKa Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 I am at least glad that Kirill Pokrovsky's untimely death did not lessen the quality of Larian's games' soundtracks Â
FauxFurry Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 Final Fantasy XIII- Blinded by Light. This tune might very well be the best part of the whole package.
ToJKa Posted September 27, 2017 Posted September 27, 2017 That is good, too bad most fights end before it gets going But my favorite is still the one in FF9: Hmm, everything i've posted here involves violins, piano and/or strong drums.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YjLrvIPRgAwI guess i like "dramatic" music
ToJKa Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 Oh right, that was why i should play JRPGS. Sexy women, enjoyable battle systems, and great combat music https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEj0KcxXRvc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mocdUDvbg04
ToJKa Posted March 29, 2018 Posted March 29, 2018 For some reason this popped into my mind. Remember when Resident Evil didn't suck? That bad https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5GutEmcsO8
