DocClox Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 The Skyrim Slavers' Guild is a questline that seeks to revive Skyrim's long dead Guild Of Slavers and eventually restore them as a legitimate guild in Skyrim. It also features (will feature) a system for capture, rape and enslavment, both of PCs and NPCs. This is early days right now, so there's just the one quest implemented and no rape/capture as yet. Next release will be using FNIS 3.0 so no slot conflicts after that. Progress Quests: One so far: Damsel in Distress Sex: Currently text only Animation: Table idles, no sex PC Capture/Rape/Slavery: Not at this time. NPC Capture/Rape/Slavery: Not at this time. You can get NPC capture working by using old demo versions of the mod, but I really wouldn't recommend it.Those old versions were prototypes and have some potentially nasty side effects. There should properly written versions out by mid-july. Requirements: The Latest Version Of Skyrim Unlike previous Bethseda games, mods built against one version of the game and CK are not guaranteed to work against earlier versions. I can't test against old games, so you'll need to be up to date. All sorts of weird things are being reported when people run with out-of-date Skyrim instances. FNIS 2.1. *** Broken Fuz Ro D'Oh Apparently Fuz Ro D'Oh was broken by the 1.6 update. The random skipping from the dialogue is 1.6's inbuilt-but-buggy way of dealing with voiceless files. So until then, the dialogue is going to skip a bit. Apologies for that. I'm not currently using SKSE for anything apart from F-R-D so that can probably be skipped for now. Won't hurt to have it installed though. SKSE You may still need to enable subtitles to see the dialogue options. Troubleshooting The mod is proving a little finnicky for some people. Here's a couple of things to try: Make sure your version of skyrim is up to date. I've had reports of old versions not working. I don't want to be a dick about this, but I can't support old versions of the game on account of my own install auto-updating. So make sure you're current Make sure you have FNIS 2.1 installed If you had an older version installed, clean out the loose script files. Open Data\Scripts and delete anything with SSG_ in the filename. (This will probably break previous "slaver spell" test versions, but I wouldn't recommend running them anyway) If Hulda doesn't offer the quest, try the Sleeping Giant in Riverwood. The quest is launched from the story manager which picks an innkeeper at random among those in Whiterun Hold, so it could conceivably end up in the Drunken Huntsman or at Frostfruit Inn in Rorikstead. If it still doesn't show up, open the console and type sqv ssg_mq_01 and see if the quest exists and is running. If sqv reports that the quest doesn't exist, then the mod hasn't loaded and you should check and make sure the esp is selected in data files or your mod manager. If you've raped the girl and lied to the Jarl and can't get the second quest to start: sorry, but I'm still writing it If it says the quest is running and at stage zero, then one of the whiterun inkeepers should have a topic that starts "So, what's happening? Anything interesting going on?" That's your entry point. If it says the quest is at stage 10, you should already have the bounty letter. You don't need to read it, just go to Valtheim Towers and the door is on the far side of the bridge. Fuz Ro D'Oh (Silent voice) is recommended to slow the dialogue to a readable pace. Enabling subtitles is also recommended. Coming Soon I'm not sure if I can get animated sex working for the next release. Disabling collision isn't going to work; Beth appear to have put an always-on collision box around the actors' groins for some reason. Sorting this out is going to take a little longer. The next quest will be the rape mission: "Deflower Arrangement". (And kudos to QueenBee for the pun). Changelog 0.04 : first release 0.04.1 : Added MsLeeches descriptions for female PCs, Changed FNIS Slots. Added strapon, but it doesn't seem to show up. Sorry. 0.04.2 : Strapon now shows up, edited some over-long pop-ups and too-fast dialogue. Tweaked lighting and added a little more clutter SSG_SecundasWatch_0_04_2.zip
fore Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Doc, please respect the the existing mods that use FNIS. Currently you are conflicting with ASX. I know, it take it's time to finally release FNIS 3.0, and I don't want to officially reserve slots for mods that are not uplaoded on Nexus. But maybe you would like to use slots c700 and up? I also read you had a runtime error using 3.0 Beta. Can you tell me what it was?
DocClox Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 My Bad. I could have sworn I chose unused slots. I'll fix it once I get home. I'll get you a proper report on 3.0 as well. Now I have this thing stable, I have a bit more time.
TresBlah Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 i gave it a quick try, i'll write it down, no idea if how the thing went on is how it was supposed to go, and if there were more. Didn't receive any quest, went to the sleeping giant inn, innkeeper had a new conversation option, clicked it, didnt have any actual dialog line, got a quest making me go to valtheim and free some girl. Went there, cleared it, found the woman with the hood, fucked her. Girl stays there bent over the table, some guy appears on top of the balcony above and starts a dialog. Again no actual lines, and he says nothing when i click the dialog options. Things kinda stopped there as the guy kept starting a silent conversation and i pretty much couldn't go around with him trying to talk to me right after i tabbed out the previous silence.
Guest Donkey Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 DocClcox you may have to wait abit before making Fuz Ro D'oh a requirement. Many people have already upgraded to the latest 1.6.89.0.6 while SKSE is still stuck at 1.6.89.0.0 meaning many won't be able to use it till SKSE release a new one. the last release dated back from 5th of June. I also read you had a runtime error using 3.0 Beta. Can you tell me what it was? You mean VBRuntime error ?? yes i had it a few time only after a few intitaing ASX when sex was about to end. Then this error popped up.
deadmetal Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Fuz Ro D'oh Works perfectly well Donkey at the minute and Tresblah you probably missed that download for it, I'd advise you get it
DocClox Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 Yeah, I'm not having any SKSE problems. I do get the occasional message that whizzes past, Fuz Ro D'Oh notwithstanding but I think that's because I didn't record the sound file in the first place, or forgot to save it, or missed the lip file or something. @Fore: Updated the release to use slots 750 to 752 at the moment. That took a lot longer than I'd planned, so I'm going to take a break before looking at 3.0 I'll probably get that report in later today if that's ok.
Guest Donkey Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Fuz Ro D'oh Works perfectly well Donkey at the minute and Tresblah you probably missed that download for it' date=' I'd advise you get it [/quote'] Upgrade to the latest 1.6.89.0.6 And start a new game with SKSE active. And tell me if this isn't hapening in your game. http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=9145 It will make allot of animation fully jumpy. make the begining impossible to complete.
ibanez85 Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Good Job...I Will test this soon..but my question is..we don't need to install slaver spell to make this questline work isn't?
DocClox Posted June 24, 2012 Author Posted June 24, 2012 Nope, this is stand alone. However, there's no slave taking in this quest, so you can't capture anyone with this version. Or be captured, depending. That should be back in with the next instalment though. [edit] @Fore: Here's the details of that FNIS 3.0 run time exception. My animations are in Data\Meshes\actors\character\animations\SSG_SecundasWatch as my definition file: FNIS_SSG_SecundasWatch_List.txt. I've attached the file itself to the post. Assuming it's not a dll incompatibility, my first thought would be that there's a syntax error in the definition file. I believe I followed instructions carefully, but after spending months trying to get ForceGreet to work, it's always possible that I misunderstood something. fore Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Thanks Doc for the detailed information. I have run you animation file with a copy of the 3.0 Beta upload, and everything works fine. As it looks like an error occors before the logfile could be created. I had that problem before, and have already fixed it. My assumption is, that you don't have a complete directory structure installed. Especially that the tools/GenerateFNIS_for_Modders/temporary_logs is missing. Or, that you moved the GenerateFNISforModders.exe to a different position, and called it from there.

[/quote'] The folder is there, and I'm running the app by double-clicking the file in the filer window. I haven't moved anything. Bringing up properties for the folder has a shaded tick in read-only box. I'm never sure what that's supposed to mean on windows, but I can confirm that I can create files in the temporary logs folder. I also gave myself all possible permissions on it, just to be safe.

Extract it to an arbitrary place, copy the animation folder and the animation list, and run the tool. This should run with no problems. Do you have Win7?

Copied the SSG_SecundasWatch folder from my skyrim install to the newly unpacked animations folder. Opened the tools/GenerateFNIS_for_Modders Double-clicked GenerateFNISforModders.exe Same error Running the user program works still fine. Do you have Win7? Nope. Still on XP and planning to stay there until it's time for the next hardware upgrade.
Queen Bee Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 WinXP FTW. I tried Vista and it sucked. I haven't tried Win7 yet because $$$.
fore Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Same error Running the user program works still fine. Absolutely mysterious, because moddder and user tool are identical, as fas as possible, especially the setup. Must have to do with XP. Ok, give me a day or two. I'm working on new options (Blend time) and don't have a running version right now. But with fixed error reporting we should find the cause.
profjones Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Hi! I like your work so far and am one of the thousands who impatiently await the completion of this pack--yet lacks the programming knowledge to contribute! I like the writing so far. I encountered an odd bug when raping Teija--she was in the bent-over pose, levitating around the room in a circle.
ToJKa Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 WinXP FTW. I tried Vista and it sucked. I haven't tried Win7 yet because $$$. Yeah, it seems to be Microsoft's thing to make every second OS suck. XP is great, Vista sucks, 7 is great, 8 will suck On topic, the lighting was quite purple in the dungeon, and after freeing the girl she glided around in the bent over pose. After leaving the dungeon she started walking normally. And text descriptions? Is that due to the diffculties with new animations, or is that the way you're planning to do this? Either works for me, though Actually, i think text is better, it allows describing things one can't show with animations. Well, Skyrim's animations atleast

I encountered an odd bug when raping Teija--she was in the bent-over pose' date=' levitating around the room in a circle. [/quote'] Yeah, the idle sticks sometimes. I think I fixed that this morning. I need another test and I'll post an update. WinXP FTW. I tried Vista and it sucked. I haven't tried Win7 yet because $$$. On topic' date=' the lighting was quite purple in the dungeon, and after freeing the girl she glided around in the bent over pose. After leaving the dungeon she started walking normally. Either works for me, though Actually, i think text is better, it allows describing things one can't show with animations. Well, Skyrim's animations atleast [/quote'] Yeah, when I started the rebuild FNIS was broken, so I thought I'd go with text and worry about the animations later. Now I think I know how to make the animations work correctly, so i'll try and get that working this week. I've had a couple of people express interest in keeping the captions, so I might do that, at least for key scenes. We can have the animation as a backdrop: I won't fade to black, and you'll be able to see them through the box. I can leave them running after as well. I can also use them for things we don't have animations for as yet.
ToJKa Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 We can have the animation as a backdrop: I won't fade to black' date=' and you'll be able to see them through the box. [/quote'] Good idea.
Thasic Posted June 25, 2012 Posted June 25, 2012 Yeah, that is a good idea. That way we not only get to see the action first hand but we also get a play-by-play. Let's face it, the animations for Skyrim are good but they can't really convey a great deal.
futuredark Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 Could not get the quest to initiate. Got the appropriate dialogue from Hulda, but it doesn't start any new quest... also says that there's a bounty letter I can check out, but I don't receive it and there's no further dialogue options. Reloaded and tried to get it from the Frostfruit Inn, instead, but same thing; Dialogue triggers, but no quest is given. (My quest list is pretty small, so even if it showed up out of order for some strange reason, it wouldn't be hard to find.) Tried going to Valtheim, just in case a quest was running but didn't show up in the list, but the door is locked and no person or item nearby has a key... I'm guessing the quest has to trigger for the person holding the key to be there and the quest simply isn't starting.
itt1968 Posted June 26, 2012 Posted June 26, 2012 I've said it a dozen times before and I now say it again... "Doc, you and your crew are the bomb!!!" keep up the excellent work, my lil' Vampi is finally starting to stir in her coffin !
