I believe it's in this mod it should be called "20 Body Secondary" and the face rune tats should be called "39 Head Alt F".

 

If not then also try the second community overlays or Yyvengar Bodypaint from the same mod author, those are the ones I have downloaded.

Some further work done on this custom Khajiit of mine.

Firstly, upgraded the Feminine Khajiit textures by upscaling to 8k, added my own custom vagina texture (With black textured lips for "immershun")

Incorporated fur from the oldrim mod "Furry Khajiit project" which has been the most work so far.

She uses a custom body unique to khajiits to give more pronounced nipples. Oh and is fully SMP/collision.

thats just the few things off the top of my head.

Currently incorporating her fur into every armor set in skyrim, as well as adding SMP physics where applicable.

Here's a GIF image of some of the physics in motion on a dress/robe (note seperate cup bounce to bounce of dress itself)
