It is Rudy ENB SE. You can use it for gameplay I'm getting 45-60 fps on my computer. My favorite Enb for SE.

I mean no more than an hour, if I quickly solve the eyes and the part around the eyes

in my opinion that is the hardest and most important part, the rest is resolved quickly.
