WW is ok...the crashes are caused by another mod that is broken.....I'd remove all the mods and try with ww....to be honest any mod dated earlier than 2019 is probably broken...unless you can find an updated version....notice you also have a few slider mods...They all updated?

They're ..  I have over 200 mods dunno how I'll do that some of them don't have update .... Isn't there a way to know which mod is conflicting with WW Or its WW himself ... Cuz without it the game works fine :c

I'd clear everything out except for ww and see how it goes....cc clothing should be ok....just move the mods.

Turn OFF automatic updates. It shouldn't be on in the first place. Leave it off from now on.

 

Once we're in the last hour or so before the patch, usually ~1pm EDT, go to Offline Mode. This will cut you off from the gallery, but you'll still be able to play. There is no need to mucking about with Windows networking settings. Offline mode is fine. If Origin still complains that you need to update to play, you're not in offline mode.

 

One caveat to that, Origin does need to phone home at least once per boot. So if you have to restart Windows for some reason, you may need to drop out of offline mode for a moment for it to connect. Fine. Just remember to put it back.

 

Go to the official forums. There's usually a big thread discussing broken and updated mods with each new patch. You can't discuss NSFW mods like this or Nisa's there, but there's going to be a lot of other mods you're using that you need to keep track of. Bookmark the thread.

 

On top of all that, Google is your friend. Search for your mods. Check their pages. Some mods may be delayed, or (sadly) straight up abandoned. So it goes.

 

If you wanna PLAY, it could be up to a week to let everything shake out. Then you can update with confidence.

 

Let someone else break their game. You're busy lewding sims. ?

Strange, you said it broke everything... All Mods I have, WW, MCCC, Nisa's, Basemental, AEP, Red Apple Net, works just fine after the update!

You never know what you're getting until the patch actually drops. Better safe than page after page of first post only post "my game updated and nothing works! fix pls!!!1!"

Hi!

 

I'm just getting started in Sims 4, after happily using the Passion system in Sims 3, and I have to say:  Oh.  My.  Word!  Really happy with this mod after only using it for a couple days—the depth of the attraction system alone is amazing!  Thank you so much for all of your work on this!

 

One thing I am wondering, which may be a feature request:  When using the "Friendly > Other Sims... > Hook up with" action, I noticed that my married Sim does not show as a valid target.  Could this somehow be allowed to show Sims with the Polyamorous trait as potential targets?  I like the idea of my celebrity Sim being able to help introduce her partner to other hot Sims...  ?

Guys my mods won't activate for whatever reason. after the patch it showed the usual 'mods are disabled popup' so i just turned them back on and restarted. but when i did it showed the popup again and no matter what i do it still won't stick.
 

any thoughts on what i should do? is anyone else having this issue?

Worked fine for me, are you sure you're applying the settings?

yeah i've applied the settings. i tried taking out all the mods and starting up the game and also tried to take out every mod except WW but it still comes up

I'm pretty sure at this point I've removed all the default body/detail mods that aren't WW - it seems like the changes to make the darker skins less 'ashy' in the patch, at least when using uncompressed, has shifted where the coloration of nipples are to be up and toward the outside of where it's supposed to be - so nipples have no colour and there's a spot on each breast.

If the problem persists without WW installed then that's something else, not caused by mods (honestly I'm not even sure how it could be, unless I'm not seeing something).

Since I don't have Get Famous I don't know anything about the Celebrity system but...

 

You can give any sim the Poly trait, or others, by clicking on them and select Wicked/Personalize  menu.

 

The other way is using the WW global settings:

WW Settings/Relationship Settings:
Open Relationships: ON (Cheating), Romance Age: ON (Teen-Adult)

 

Sex Settings/Autonomy Settings/Autonomy Awareness: Player Sims: ON, Joining Sex: ON, Relationship Awareness: OFF Cheating)

 

Don't know if these settings will make married sims show up on that Celebrity list as available though.

But they will ignore any relationships and be available for WW sex anyway.

The latest game update broke some default skins. I can send you a link to a post explaining how to fix it if you don't want to wait for the skin author to do it, but I suspect most of them will be releasing updates pretty soon.

 

If you happen to be using the default skin from wild-guy's FBD like I am I can send you a copy of the package file that I just fixed.

yeah i fixed it. just had to reset the game back to factory settings

Thanks for responding, Scorpio!  The "Other Sims..." isn't anything to do with the celebrity system, as far as I know; it's just something you can do to get the one you're talking to to go introduce themselves to somebody else.  From what I can see, "Talk up Sim" triggers a friendly introduction, while "Hook up with" (not always available) has them do a flirty one.

 

My couple is already set to be Poly, and the autonomy settings you recommended are already on.  I looked into the relationship settings, as you suggested.  (Can't believe I didn't already find and enable the Teen one, but I guess MCCC's setting had already unlocked most of that.)  I enabled open relationships (again, I think there's a MCCC setting for that) and I will see what happens.  ?

I use a combination of mods, from here, Allure and FBD, to some extent all three of the skin overlays are broken when on default, meanwhile the rest of the mod files like shapes of female parts are okay across the three, but only when you select them. so hopefully this can be dealt with fairly soon on all three ends.

 

I deleted the various mods and placed new ones in place, made no difference, reset to default which also made no difference.
