So, we have newest game patch today.

I wonder if wickedwhim still works fine on today's latest patch.

• When Did This Issue Start Happening: Believed to have begun once v1.86.6 was released as the changelog states "Sex Autonomy no longer aggressively cancels queued up tasks". This is a NEW change from any other WW version and sounds in line with the related issue. 
• How Often Does This Issue Occur: Difficult to tell, I still see sims (player owned sims, player/NPC, NPC only) sex autonomy occur in my world, albeit not as much as I am used to (suspecting due to this social cancelation). It seems to be related to sims doing activities such as watching tv. Perhaps something like fun value being higher than 'sex' is the reason? Testing similar scenarios in older versions (v185.9) I found this issue occur 0 times. 
• What Do I Expect To Happen: I expect sims to stop what they are doing and go to sex location to have sex after I accept the 'ask for sex' prompt. 
  • Note/Request Regarding expectation of supposed aforementioned feature: I would expect my actively played sim to not immediately end their current task to autonomously join an active sex session or try to so often. Instead I would prefer the 'join sex' action to wait at the top of the queue and if I cancel it, then to not pop up again or at least have a longer cool down time instead of overriding every 10 seconds.
  • Example: Allow my sim to order their drink, wait for drink, and drink without me getting an autonomous 'join sex' action every few seconds.
• Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Load a home lot with sims chatting while watching tv 
  2. Ensure you have these WW settings (but not limited to): 
     • Enable autonomous sex 
     • Enable 'ask for sex' prompt 
     • Player Join Sex Autonomously is Enabled 
     • At least 1 valid sex location is available 
  3. While the activity is active (i.e. watch tv + socialize) Wait for one of the sims to ask for sex autonomously
  4. Accept sex request when prompted
  5. Notice the 'go to sex location' action command in your sim's queue disappears immediately and the sims continue with their activity. 

 

While working on checking how everything works with the next game patch I have made an attempt at addressing this reported issue (and similar ones before it). I don't doubt that this is a real issue as I have encountered it myself before but I'm unable to get it to occur even once when testing. There appears to be something more to it that I'm unable to identify right now. If it was as simple as explained above then I would be receiving many reports of it but these are pretty rare. I will keep looking for it, especially whenever I encounter it in my regular gameplay or random unrelated testing.

It's true that the Sims don't do what they're asked for. Just yesterday, I asked two Sims for sex, and I have to try several times before they accept. Even if they don't have anything else to do before the request, it automatically cancels and they go off to do something else, as if the request never existed. I also notice that they sometimes freeze before going back to their chores. They have a pause of a few seconds, enough to notice it, but does this have anything to do with WW?
I've never had this problem before, and my WW configuration is still unchanged.

Since yesterday's game update, taking sex photos of sims breaks the game UI.

 

1 have The Sims update, and install 184h

2 load game

3 ask for sex, or have your sim be asked for sex

4 when an anim plays, choose "take sex photo"

Result: After taking the photo, hotkeys no longer work and the UI is incomplete.

 

Note: In previous builds taking a sex pic sometimes resulted in two identical image in the inventory, one of them sellable, the other not. The unsellable one disappeared after a few minutes.

 

EDIT: This issue no longer happens after I started a new game.

Bumping this old comment to ask the community about similar issues with Sex Autonomy and House Parties. NO Sex Autonomy seems to occur at all except for NPC's asking Household Sims Only. This issue has been occurring for many months, same time the Sex Parties got broken a while back it seems. I only just now hosted a house party for the first time in months and sadly after so many updates and mods, the same result appeared. Any solutions or ideas? 

 

 

Bug: Issues with Guest/NPC Sex Autonomy for base game House Parties. (House Parties are a base game social event, I am not referring to WW's Sex Parties.) 

What Happens:

1. Guests invited to my house party NEVER have sex with each other/solo, but ONLY ask the household members.
2. NPCs will not ask to join once sex with a household member has started. 
3. Forcing a NPC to have sex (solo) works but no NPCs/household sims autonomously join. 

• NOTE: Guests invited over to hangout (no social event) will have sex autonomy with each other and/or household members as expected (no issues). 

What is Expected: 

• Points above to not occur. I don't expect autonomy to behave any different and for Sims to have as much sex autonomy based on my WW settings. These are NOT issues for any other scenario such as visiting a community lot or inviting friends over to hangout. Social Events should not have impact on NPC/Guest behavior. 

When Did This Start Happening: 

• Honestly hard to tell, a year ago, 9 months? Turbo addressed Sex Autonomy fixes to Sex Parties a while back which is when this issue seemed to occur. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

• Ensure your WW settings allow for NPC sex autonomy to occur ideally without the gender/relationship flags on as to increase sex autonomy chance
• Open phone and go to social events 
• Plan a Social Event and choose the "House Party" option
• Set up party guests and select your house for the location
• Observe party guest behavior, guests socialize, eat, whatever
• Maybe 1 NPC will ask you for sex;  accept sex, but notice no other NPC's ask to join
• You can also force an NPC to have sex solo, notice no NPCs join

Sweet, your reply to my reported bug is very much respected and appreciated. Since I just finished reporting another bug in this thread regarding Sex Autonomy during House Parties, I will bring that up in this thank you post. I hope it hits your radar, but I am only mentioning it to you directly because maybe... mayyyyybe it is similar code related to the first bug I reported on Sex Autonomy social interaction. I highly doubt it as this social event bug I am reported is MUCH older than that one and not a 1-to-1, but hey maybe there is a breadcrumb. Hope to see both resolved and/or a work around someone could recommend assuming it is not just me. Cheers.

Jus a quick question in regards to the SimHub pics you can take. Can you delete them after uploading them or do they have  to remain in the inventory in order to be recognized? It's getting a bit hard to look through all the images to find the new ones for new uploads.

Pretty please add "traits" to Wicked Whims protocols for including in a profile. 

You can add by occult, and occult is a trait. It would be nice to add to members of a protocol by all traits.

How to prevent Household members from doing autonomous sex until they are at least good friends?

Disabling WW autonomy is not the answer, although it's the only workaround I've found so far.

 

1. I can adjust the WW 'Player to NPC Relationship Score Modifier'.

2. And the NPC to NPC Relationship Score Modifier.

3. But no Player to Player adjustments with Sims living in the same household.

(Or should I say Active vs Inactive Household Members, or between Non-Active Members themselves).

(Note: The other setting is for when players visit NPCs Households so that isn't it).

 

The point being when household members are still pretty much strangers they ask for sex, (Always Accept cheat 0 bars).

I'd like to see them NOT ask for sex until they are at least good friends.

(None of my Household members have any traits that boost relationship scores either)

(None are romantic or have a romance aspiration)

 

I have #1 & #2 set so strangers don't ask my player sims for sex at clubs and bars anymore, and NPCs won't go at it with strangers either.

Except for certain dedicated whores I've given the Sexually Alluring & Unique Appearance traits to, (Like L.Faba).

(This keeps the NPCs away from my special reserved girls)

Married couples can also go at it too.

Yup the sluts will ask my player sometimes but usually the NPCs keep them busy, or I can just refuse them.

 

Basically I'd like to see Household Sex Autonomy based on relationships (scores) too.

At least between household members with an additional relationship scores setting added.

Optional Settings of course.

Default settings should be set the way it works now obviously.

 

I can always use the WW Casual Romance trait on my player sim to get around most restrictions, or use manual mode.

BTW I really like the Casual Romance Trait after playing around with it some more.

They'll even do autonomous WooHoo on occasion.

How do you mean?
An update to WW shouldn't do that, unless you use a height slider mod and the setting to allow support for those is turned off.

no i dont use height slider mods and this isnt the first time its happened, it usually does fix itself eventually but it isnt just ww animations its all, simple hugging or kissing the sims just dont match up to each other, arms dont reach lips dont touch or even come close to linin up things like that

I'm having an issue with the "Make a Move" interaction in WickedWhims. It always appears in the Romance > Physical Intimacy menu, even when the Sims have no romantic relationship (romance bar at 0). Additionally, Sims with traits like Faithful (which should block cheating) still accept the interaction every time.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

Disabled Maxis attractiveness and WickedWhims attractiveness in the settings, but it didn’t help.
Checked the Relationship Modifier and Always Accept Sex settings in WickedWhims, but the issue persists.

Cheat: Always Accept: 0 Bars

 

WW Settings/Sex Settings/Sex Relationship Settings/

NPC Sims Relationship Modifier: -2.5 (For NPC-NPC action)

Player to NPC Sims Relationship Modifier: -2.5

(Lower the settings a bit more if it's still too easy but use small adjustments and test for awhile).

(If you want only romantic sims to do it lower the Player to NPC Modifier to -2.5 or -3.0 and test it). 

 

In my game with those settings Sims won't do autonomous sex until the green friendship bar is maxed, or if they are married/romantic.

And Make a Move will usually get refused, with some exceptions of course.

 

Give your Sim, or others, the WW Casual Romance Attribute and you can romance sims without getting the romance bar.

Plus Casual Woohoo if you have the MCCC Woohoo module installed.

 

EDIT: Forgot to add:

Thanks for the answer, but I managed to fix the problem a little when I set the Player(NPC) to NPC Modifier to -2000.
I wanted to try playing with the Perverted mod to bypass the loyalty trait, but the interactions of "Make a Move" and "Becom Casual Sex Partners" ruined the whole idea.

That works too if you want them never having sex but it only takes around -10 to accomplish the same thing.

Providing they don't have any traits to boost their sex scores.

So after I tried a different save game those same settings didn't work the same way even though I've removed all my household sims traits and romantic aspirations.

Sims were asking for sex with half or less of the green friendship bar.

Scratching my head now, lol.

 

But I discovered another setting you might want to try.

It's called 'Discreet Mode' and it's in the same sub menu as the relationship modifiers.

Supposed to hide the Wicked menus with sims that aren't available.

Never tried it myself as I want to see all the menus at any time.
