Question, and sorry if this has already been answered, but the WW mod no longer works for me at all, kind of confused, I even removed everything else to see if there was a conflict and still nothing. IS it out of date or did I do something wrong?

What's your version of the game?

Are you installing the mod correctly, in the right place and not too many folders deep?

I'm running into a VERY strange issue. I create a Sim in CAS, and spend literally hours creating her painstakingly. She's curvy, busty and has great custom skin, makeup etc. As soon as I engage in a WW animation (doesn't matter who the mod author is or the particular animation) her body changes during the animation, and reverts back to the thinner body, with pointy breasts and no curves. It's only the basic new Sim shape that changes - the skin and everything about the Sim remains the same. It's just her shape. Then when the animation ends, she dresses in what she was wearing before the WW animation, and magically all her curves and shape are back - only while she's in the clothing. Removing the clothing, and the body reverts back to the change done I just described. This change does not occur when she swims nude, or gets naked to shower. It's only happening when using WW.

Now, I create Sims from scratch and apply custom skins. I then use MC Command Center to copy the body of a Sim that I have previously created., that I find pleasing. I copy Body appearance and copy physique. I then paste the shape and physique to the new Sim. Sometimes this strange issue doesn't happen, and going into a WW animation she maintains her created body. So, I don't know if it's being caused by WW or it's something happening with MC Command Center. Thing is, I have been creating new Sims this way for years and years and never had this problem before, ever. It seems to have been since the last game update, and the last 2 WW updates. I'm presently using WW 184f.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar, or have any idea what might be causing this very strange issue?

Is there any way to make positioning adjustments to an animation permanent, or to apply positioning adjustments to a playlist? I have multiple animations that would go really well together if it didn't involve the Sims suddenly turning 180 degrees during the transition...

not unless you redesign the animation they are done in an animator like a video animator also to get it to work in the game some amount of coding is involved

I dunno if I messed something up, but I downloaded Better Exceptions and it says that the issue is "TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script" whenever I end up trying to load into a game before being booted back to residential worlds. Better Exceptions says explains ;

 

The listed script mod failed to load and should be removed or updated. Failure: 'turbolib2/events/privacy' (turbolib2.events.privacy) cannot import name 'TriggerUIFlyAway' from 'distributor.ops' (D:\The Sims 4\Data\Simulation\Gameplay\simulation.zip\distributor\ops.pyc) (ImportError: cannot import name 'TriggerUIFlyAway' from 'distributor.ops' (D:\The Sims 4\Data\Simulation\Gameplay\simulation.zip\distributor\ops.pyc))

 

According to it, that's the only source of errors as of now, included a zip that has the offending file. I remember before, when I was able to load into a world before I had Better Exceptions, I also couldn't place specifically kitchen counters...

No really a bug or an issue, but I've been using Wicked Whims for a while and this is the first time that I've seen a Sim have a "Horny/Very Horny" emotion:

 

I'm going to make the very safe assumption that this isn't part of the basegame and this is part of Wicked Whims or one of the extensions I have (Cumshine, Khlas Male Interactions, Kinky Expansions), so I'd like to know where it came from.

Honestly, the business-addon needs some improvement.

I've hired female sims with 'have sex' assignment.

Customers come.

But it takes a long time for my female employees to ask the customers for sex, resulting some of them leaving after some time.

Granted, you could just ask for sex yourself as owner with sex assignment but still.

 

Furthermore, we may need some more options like, limit sex to duo rather than group.

I have only seen this moodlet only during animation, not out of it. I didn't know it was possible to see it any other time

WickedWhims v184f does not work. My sims just keep resetting the "fuck" function, and keep  on the spot. MAYBE SOMEDAY TURBODRIVER WILL PAY ATTENTION TO THIS.

I have a lot of clothes that go in the top/bottom slot but don't cover up any of the important bits. Like an outfit "top" that leaves the sim's tits fully out. It would be cool if a future update allowed us to flag those so that other sims/the naturism skill reacts as the sim wasn't wearing a top/bottom. Does anyone else agree?

It would be really nice to have a real cooldown system (optional) for each sim. That a sim can't have sex endlessly all day long, even if they are controlled by the player. It would certainly be restrictive but much more realistic and satisfying, I think.

Yeah, WW only adds the Sex mood and it only happens when your Sims have sex, so it's gotta be something else.

First time ever having to post here, but I'm at a complete loss. After a hiatus, I've updated my game, every mod I have, deleted cache, etc... all seems good except WW. For some reason, my Sim isn't getting erect during sex and cum won't show up on his partner's body. The "switch penis state" command seems to do nothing. I've never had this issue before. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Edit: Okay, so this may not be a problem with WW. Turns out anything that alters a Sim's appearance in gameplay doesn't seem to work right for me. Blood from Extreme Violence, adding/clearing sweat in WW, the hairy balls from Khlas's KMI all fail to show up. Thing is, I don't know what exactly governs that functionality, so currently thinking it's either a mod conflict or I forgot to update something. No clue what for either, though. 

Edit 2: Yep, definitely a mod. Managed to remove mostly everything and have my game work (tried it before, but the pie menu would fail to open) and everything was working normally again. Will share the culprit as soon as I find out.

Sorry, but having worked in QA for 20 years I find it impossible not to answer the "how should I report this bug?" question

 

 

A good "bug report" should have

1 a clear and descriptive title that allows the dev to guess at a glance what they are going to see,

2 reproduction steps so the dev knows what buttons to click to see the error for themselves, 

3 short descriptions of what actually happens and what you expected to happen,

4 a screenshot to prevent any confusion.

5 Not everyone does this but .... the poor bastards who work in the Console Software Approval QA department of Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft will also have to state the reproduction rate, i.e. how many times out of ten tests they were able to reproduce the problem. (Yes they are expected to test every report 10x before passing it on to devs, even if it's a typo.)

6 Sometimes: Link to requirements doc and test documents. ("The quality of a software is the degree to which it matches its specifications" - so in some cases we'd be required to link to a doc stating the expected result. In this case however it seems clear something isn't working right.)

 

 

So without knowing much about your issue ... 

 

Title: WW 184f Sims4_April: Sims do not start sex

 

Short Description: When I ask my sims to fornicate using (click on object) -> Wicked -> Sex, they continue to chat instead

 

Actual: After the Sex command, sims do not start sex, they continue chatting.

Expected:  After the Sex command, sims should "move to woohoo location" and start playing wicked animations.

 

Repro:

1 start game with WW active

2 have two sims in the same household

3 have Sim A active. Click the bed and choose wicked -> sex

4 choose Sim B as a partner

Result: Sim A and B remain chatting

Expected: Sim A and B start fornicating

Reproduction rate: 10/10

 

 

(It might be helpful to provide even more info, like a list or screenshot of the contents of your mods folder, just to be able to guess whether there are known conflicts with other mods, or if you deleted all your anims by mistake, or whatever. However I'm not a developer and have no idea what Sims 4 modders might need to see ...)

 

In a team you'd also need to assign severity and priority (severe: how bad is the problem, like a typo would be low severity and a loss of save data highest severity. For priority you'd typically a) consider how severe the problem is and how many users it affects, b) -ask devs. Like, a typo on the title screen could be low severity but highest priority because it's so highly visible. A crash that only happens on one of 15 quest paths near the end might be treated as less important than other crashes because few players will encounter it. And so on.

 

 

Since WW is currently broken due to those damn EA patches: You'd also have to list the exact versions your problem happened in. Yes it can be very frustrating to have 20 bugs thrown back at you with a comment like "I changed something pls check if these still happen" (and then finding yes, all of them are still in the game) but QA are usually paid a lot less than devs, so such tasks are pretty common. In this case it would probably be the latest WW 184f and the uh April? version of The Sims.

One thing I srsly miss in WW Sims 4 is the clothing system from Sims 3 Kinky World. 

 

That adds a context menu to your sim where you can set how revealing an item is, and whether or not it can be pulled down.

Sims will refuse to wear highly skimpy items at first, and change into more risque outfits as they level up Naturism.

Outfits labelled as pull-down-able can also be lost while swimming or be removed by certain types of NPC interactions.

 

I'd enjoy S4 a bit more if WW actually considered those "undressable" items as undressed in their exposed state, or if there was any kind of clothing progression. As it is now some parts of WW seem lackluster and boring, just like S4 itself.

In a forum like this, don't bother posting screenshots unless they show something relevant.

In some jobs I had, the QA lead or devs would reject an issue if it didn't have a screenshot attached, even like two characters standing next to each other

Issue resolved. Culprit was TwelfthDoctor1's "Occult Hybrid & Stabilizer" mod, a mod I did not have trouble with previously. I'll be sure to mention this to them.

The game doesn't give me any last exception or other warnings, which is strange .   There 's only one thing left for me right now , and that 's forcing my character to be satisfied alone ( solo)  , and then he 's joined by another or more sim.

 

  mod settings, everything is as usual for me.
I configured the mod so that the sims could not refuse intimacy and sexual orientation.
Well, I will continue to figure it out.
