There's Cursed, and Newlife which might be up your street. I mention them both 'cos they're pretty similar, text-only sex-based life management games. Technically Cursed is a MtF transformation game but you can use the cheat option to skip that stuff, which is only really in the beginning anyway. Newlife is (for me) the better of the two games, but pretty short on content.

Most adult oriented games specifically aimed at women(there are Flash-based games out there in which one selects the player character gender and partner gender) are much like the bulk of the adult oriented comics aimed at female audiences: male-on-male focused affairs in which the 'girlier' of the two (or more) men involved in a relationship/tryst is the reader/player surrogate character. The absence of female bodies means that noone feels that any one body type or approach to courting the opposite sex is being given preferential treatment, avoiding a potential minefield.

As far as I know of, there aren't any video game adaptations of series such as Anita Blake or any knock off of any such thing. 

 

You can probably check sites such as Lewd Gamer for that sort of thing if you are interested. If not, Second Life's adult community might have what you are looking for (though only as far as other players are willing to indulge the fantasies of others).

So, I have a weird suggestion. It's clearly more geared towards men (for obvious reasons), but despite that, I'm really into Dead or Alive 5.
I don't really know why, though. The men are just gorgeous, but I don't usually use nude mods for them. Just for the girls. I don't know why. I guess find it alluring.
 
Oh, and it's not that hard to make mods for it (as long as you don't want to make anything too complicated).
 
Its certainly shallow. It's a fighting game with ripped men and lots of boobies. But it looks freaking great and the modding community for it is strong. Oh, and also, it's a great fighting game, if you're into that.

You might be interested in a mod I'll be releasing in the near future. It's an enatic succession mod with female player requirements involving a Lilithian religious head who corrupts women into making them evil and ambitious while making men subservient. It's actually perhaps targeted more towards guy gamers though, since it involves female rape, because I know a lot of guys on here who play as female protagonists. If you want to play as a woman though, then I guess you can jump on my bandwagon. For now though, I'm having to fix things about it that Reaper's Due broke.

Side note, I used to play Hentai High School Plus (HHS+) a lot a couple years back, my girlfriend found it interesting, but she really wanted a version where there were more male CGs rather than 99% catered to straight guys. Sure she liked the small sections of Yaoi, but she really wanted to have more Female PC on male NPC content and also male focused content.

 

There is a market for it, but I feel because of the lack of female players in H game communities nobody makes content for them. Hopefully that will change, they're missing out on a lot.

Meh. I don't want drm on my adult games, nor do I want my usage of such recorded and stored, and NOR do I want games censored according to american standards.

 

I think patreon, and similar crowd-funding services, is the go-to for adult, commercial games.

As I see it, the problem is lack of female developers capable of creating decent adult games for women. (I'm not saying women can't make decent games, I'm just saying there's not enough of them.)

A Dance With Rogues, a mod for NWN1, is pretty much the best "by-women, for women" game experience I've seen so far, which is a bit sad. :/

Future Love Space Machine is another project being developed by two female devs. It has an interesting theme, a sex-positive community, quite a bit of existing content (pretty standard position-cycling stuff) and a really exciting goal if you're interested in a Space Opera With Sex kind of RPG... But I was a patron for nearly a year and finally shifted my support to other projects because their progress had slowed to just a trickle of new characters.

 

As far as I know there's been no movement on the story/rpg content, and I worry that they've lost that focus. But I'll go back in a heartbeat when there's some movement on that front.

Definately A Dance With Rogues / Demonheart for NWN1 matches this criteria.. if your okay with the graphics of an older game. 

 

 

I wouldn't suggest the NWN Demonheart module because it's been abandoned in favor of the visual novel.

Look, the real reason here is that women tend to be busier dealing with stuff that actually matters to people. Too many guys (but not all, thankfully) have this knack for being useless, so they need games to occupy their time (or they really mess things up even worse). The result, "sadly", is lots of games tailored towards their tastes.

I liked it a lot as you could customize your character and replace the players image with whatever you wanted.

You can adjust relationships, money, time and date, pregnancy, stds and much more in the cheat interface (which I believe is in one of the menus in the right hand corner). I changed a lot of my stats to be high to trigger late game scenes, though I had to stop playing the game as I became some what addicted to it... The "addons" should be in the mega link from tfgamessite's page for it.

If you ever regret doing anything just edit it in the cheat menu, and save a lot. I kept changing my status from prostitute to innocent in order to get certain scenes and talk to different characters.
