Target is the player which is why you are set as the passive component. There is a PDF with everything you need to know, it is very well written and laid out detailing everything about this mod.

ive already somewhat fixed kinda. the issue is with the ask fore sex start rule it seems. when i ask for sex its 100% it ignores the placing rules and who is the victim.
but if i let the rule run on its own and have them come to player it works.

i spent 4 hourrs tring evetry combo of setup in the rule but its never work if u have it start with ask for sex

player=target---> player gets raped even if the victim is set to source and passive is  source
player=souce---> repeats above even with it swaped to target being victim and passive
player start on ask for sex= it always ignores any placement and 100% treats the player as the target to get raped no matter what the rule settings are.

The forcing of the position when asking (only if it is the player asking) was supposed to override the "target".

But probably it was a mistake.

so does that mean its a bug that if u ask for sex it is overiding the settings?

hmm guess ill try to see if i can jerry rig it where player ask for sex then anothe rule happen right after it maybe that fix the issue.

update.

good and bad news.
i found the reason but not the cause. for some reason SSX thinks the PC is female no matter what settings i use. it seems to be SSX cause other mod that add sex or such place the PC right its jut SSX not doing it.

It's a very old bug that SSX "forgets" what settings you configurated when you make a rule that first ask for sex and then follows it up with rape.

If you make a rule with only asking for sex and one with only rape it should work as intended.

On another note, is there a way to have rules triggered more often? Even if the conditions of a rule are valid it takes a minute or so until the next time it triggers.

u can set it to high then set a time out on it. so say u set a npc  rapes someoen after tjey see sex. u wouldnt want it all the time but to be a high one so u set it to high pority then set a time out on it. max is 600 seconds.

dont get what u mean by the make 1 0nly for ask then rape.

Is it possible to use the mod to launch the transformation of an NPC into a werewolf \ vampire Lord? The trigger can be a fight, arousal, and the same thing in reverse order.

Thanks.

No, it is not possible.

The conditions only start sexual animations from SexLab.

Good day, all works fine, only 1 thing is disturb me: when you choose "player ask" in Rule starting module, after rule starts player controls are gone - u stuck like you in sexlab animation utill rule ends. Of course player is not a particant but stuck like he in scene. It happens only when "players ask", other starting rules don't take away control of character. Any chance to bypass that?

Hi,

Been really trying to use this mod for quite a long time. However, I'm particularly unsure how to go about it. There is no dialogue, I've tried simple rules for followers to approach randomly (and this was in a very populated Bannered Mare). I might've missed something, I've tried nearly everything in the book including the rules thread and using your guide, but somehow just cannot get it to work. I've debugged it and here are my papyrus logs.

It seems I'm getting things from SSX such as:

[01/05/2020 - 02:39:53AM] Error: Mismatched types assigning to variable named "::NoneVar"
stack:
    [ssxCS (D7026338)].ssxcellscanner.scanThePlayerCell() - "ssxCellScanner.psc" Line 230
    [ssxCS (D7026338)].ssxcellscanner.OnUpdate() - "ssxCellScanner.psc" Line ?

Also, I was wondering if this can work on custom followers? I'm assuming it does, but given as I haven't found this mod to work, just wanted to make sure.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: typos and clarification

SSX bundled with ski_main.pex and its decompiled version ski_main.psc. The files are in conflict with SkyUI. Would someone please tell the purpose they serve? And why they shouldn't be removed from SSX bundle? Thanks.

You can remove the files from SSX. They are used only to build SSX to use some inner function of SkyUI. But they are not required to run the mod.

The dialogue option to trigger rules that start on ask doesn't appear. This applies to all NPCs in all locations. In contrast, rules that start on random work perfectly. What are the most likely causes of this particular issue? I have this mod installed on top of STEP Extended 2.10.0 using Mod Organizer. Could any of the mods in STEP Extended 2.10.0 conflict with SSX in a way that causes this? I also have a few other mods installed on top of STEP one of which is my primary suspect for causing this issue as it doesn't function either. I primarily suspect Immersive Speechcraft is the culprit because both it and SSX are supposed to add dialogue options, but the dialogue options don't show up for either mod. Other mods I suspect may be potential causes for this issue include Better Dialogue Controls, Main Font Replacement, and EZ2C Dialogue Menu. All of these mods can be found on the Skyrim Nexus. I haven't noticed any errors in the appropriate debug logs, but I can post them if they'd be of any help. I'd include them in this post, but I'm making this post on a different computer from the one I have my games on. If I should post any logs let me know and I'll upload them from the computer with my Mod Organizer setup.

Posting the debug logs is better.

Probably it is just an option in the rule or the mod that is not set correctly.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just ran TES5Edit and found that the only plugin that conflicts with SSX is Dragonborn.esm, and that particular conflict isn't the issue. Anyway, here's my Papyrus.0.log and my SexLabDebug.0.log

The rule called "Ask" looks OK:

[01/13/2020 - 05:23:24PM] SSX: Targets for rule Ask: Dominis (V),
[01/13/2020 - 05:23:24PM] SSX: Sources for rule Ask: Eorlund Gray-Mane (V), Whiterun Guard (V), Brill (V), Whiterun Guard (V), Whiterun Guard (V), Whiterun Guard (V), Whiterun Guard (V), Whiterun Guard (V), Lucia (V),

[01/13/2020 - 05:24:02PM] SSX: GOOD rule - Ask

But I am getting the rule checked twice. Do you have more than one rule called "Ask"?

And also if in the logs the rule seems to be OK, then the Rule Checker says that there are no valid rules.

I think I have to debug the rule on my own.

Thanks for the input. I have the SSX and the patch for SSX installed as separate mods in Mod Organizer so that the patch overwrites the mod.  The only files that are overwritten are scripts/ssxRunner.pex and scripts/source/ssxRunner.psc. The files are completely overwritten, so they shouldn't be providing any conflicts. Furthermore, I am encountering the issue with the rule being checked twice, but I only have one rule labelled Ask, the other 2 are labelled Random, and Self respectively, but I disabled them to test whether the rules were interfering with each other. Ask is the only rule that is triggered by dialogue, the other 2 are set to random. However, I'm not encountering any issue where the rule checker states that there are no valid rules.

Just export your Ask rule and post it here, so I can try it.

If you can give me also your Scent of Sex config.json file it will be better to try to reproduce and fix.

Here's the exported rule. I can't seem to find my Scent of Sex config.json. Do you know where it's default location is?

Thanks CPU for your help. I booted up the game again today, and everything seems to be working fine now.

Oh, good. So no need for me to debug the rule?

Is there some trick to uninstalling the mod?  I followed the instructions listed on the main page (about the save editor, using Fallrim's ReSave), but every time I attempt to load the save without the mod it says "File Corrupted".

Skyrim SSE

Skyrim SSE

Usually using ReSave it works.

But be sure the mod is fully stopped before uninstalling it.
