if you make changes in SSX MCM menu to either the timers or the actual rules - it doesn't matter what save game you use (previous save). SSX will have the last change you made. no? that's how it is for me...

Small question:  I've noticed in the Race submenu under Humans - one race listed is "Cow".  It appears right under Breton Vampires I believe.  Since I don't have any creature animations installed, humans are the only races I can select so a cow really shouldn't appear on the list.  It's probably not a big deal since it can be unselected but I wonder if it might cause some problems under the hood in the mod to have a 4 footed hairy animal with horns  who follows farmers to giant camps be considered a human race ;)

I ask SexLab.

 

There is a SexLab function to check if a Race has a RaceKey, in this case for me is a creature.

If not, then I check a second thing: Creature and Animal KeyWorkson the race.

Are thy there (at least one)? Then it is a creature.

If it is still failing, then I check if they can speak with the player. If yes humans, if no creatures.

 

I already saw a few mods altering creature races and in this case (usually when SexLab creatures are disabled) that some Races are considered humans.

Usually, it is not a big deal. But for sure I cannot have a static list of all human races because, in this case, all custom follower (and not) races will not play.

Hi CPU,

Thanks for the 1.3c fix.  The "ask me before sex" is working great now.  Two questions (not necessary bugs)...after I spent some time playing with "Scent" I am struggling to do the following:

 

- Getting rule A to trigger rule B (see the attached files "FemaleFollowerSexAskActual" has the condition to start after "FemaleFollowerSexAskForeplay" but it never getting triggered).

 

- I also have trouble getting the "Actor A seeing Actor B having sex with someone...Actor A starts to mastubate) rule to work properly.  Doesn't matter if I set "Actor" A as source or as target...and the "enable orgy" checkbox checked.

 

I am having a lot of fun with "Scent of Sex" though.  Will post some working rules to your "post your rules" thread during weekend.

About the rule sequencing, just be sure you limit to the max the "starting filters" of the second rule.

The main filter is the sequence, many other filters are just not needed.

 

I can check better if you give me your papyrus.log (I will not work on this mod for a couple of days, I will go back to it Monday.)

Hi, I have been following the mod for a while, and I actually installed and tried one of the beta versions and read the manual.

 

I have two questions:

1) Is it possible to set rules to make the PC-NPC dialogue option available? So, the dialogue option is only available in certain locations and certain time or with certain NPCs, and does not even show up otherwise?

2) Again for PC-NPC dialogue sex: Can we the relationship status to be above a certain value? (ie Lover for a very restrictive setting)

3) CPU: For immersion purposes, would you be able to add an option to decrease relationship status in case of a rejection in PC-NPC dialogue? (Because, you know, that is what happens in life... Personal experience.)

Sadly it is really complex to update dialogues.

Because I need to support all possible combinations of question and answers there are already 125 lines to be changed.

This is a great mod idear, for me it made brothels somewhat obsolete as you can define rules for a specific cell and therefore I can turn all of those lovely player homes into nasty brothels.

 

I'm quite new to it and still experimenting - but it seems to me Scent isn't able to overpower the shedules of 'MHiYH 2plus'? At least if I have MHIYH homies,

Cell scanning tells me they are avaliable for bungabunga but they won't do anything. They stand and look and then they go to work. Seems my homies prefer to get their work done instead of having some fun.

 

Sad thing.

 

Talking about homies - perhaps it would be a nice idear for the future to define sheduled events by rules - to define specific actions between npcs happening on a specific time.

 

So together with the zaz stuff - setting up f.e. a rule from hour x to hour y - npc a is spanking npc b in the pillory. Or something this way. In combination with other mods for placing furniture this mod could used to set up your own dungeons. Great stuff.

 

Well just a loose idear I've got while playing around with this funny mod. I really was tired of npcs having sex everywhere and everytime - and for having given me some control on the sex life in skyrim I say

1.3c fixed a problem introduced in patch 1.3b where after having the wait page on the MCM because the mod was not fully installed, then items, and races, and factions were never completing

 

Problem is still there.

Strings not initilized

Some arrays of this page are not initilized click here blabla^^

Tested on a new game

with patch 1.3c installed. I can click to initilize but it will never do so. After clicking, above messege appears again and again and again...^^

Is it possible like in "dangerous nights" to interrupt the sleep timer to be woken up for a romp or a raping?

 

ie. say I set the timer to sleep for 7 hours but 4 hours into the sleep the timer is exited and my character wakes to find out he or she is being raped.

 

I ultimately just want to have an aroused follower randomly disturb my character's sleeping schedule for sex.

I thought I had read that it was possible in past posts. I can't seem to figure it out however. When time permits would you or someone knowledgeable be so kind to share that rule in the rule sharing thread that i may learn from it?

I didn't search too extensive, but at first and second look i couldn't find it: Is it possible to create a single rule a là "Player gets raped by <<random number>> attackers from 1-4"? Or do i need more than one rule?

 

If it's not possible yet but you're working on it, to make things even more difficult: :D

It would be great if there is a check for devious devices first, means, no foursome will be chosen if the target wears a gag or belt, no threesome if player wears a (closed?) belt, cancel if player is in full chastitiy gear. I don't know if it's really a good idea or even possible (not to mention how much work), but i think it would be less script heavy if SSX listens to equip/unequip actions to know what the player is wearing instead of checking with every scan.

Just a thought, i'm not even sure myself if it's a good idea at all, but maybe you like it.

 

Another option would be a possibility to "strip non-quest items" when attacked/approached like in cursed loot, for several scenarios (including some non-aggressive, spouse as keyholder for example) i'd like that even better.
