I used to have a mod that added a range of garden plots, sized and snappable like floor tiles, and they came with a choice of wood or metal frames and many types of terrain from around the commonwealth. I most commonly used sand on metal frames as they looked clean and I was using them as settlement roof gardens. (There is a possibility they're from a mod that's really common and famous and I have an error that's preventing them appearing in my menu.)

There's a split-second shot of it equipped in his inventory at 6:23.
