Are you asking that makes the armor completely invisible so that way they are completely nude? Or a skimpy armor type and then the removal of the armor parts? (I.E. Leather Arms, Leather Legs, etc.)

Those are the boots off of the Shade IV armor standalone mod and/or the Silver Shroud replacer (basically the same armor mesh) in 2Pac's skimpy replacer pack.
