Anyone know about the jacket she's wearing?

 

seconding this. But for the meantime there's an outfit called "Gurl" here on LL that is a similar concept.

the face and body are ONI (seems asian face parts too), hair is either azar or ks hairdos, eyes must be some anime pack (or the most popular packs). all on nexus. you're saved

Google translate is your friend. If you click to download the english esp the page following says in chinese:

"Sorry, you are not logged in, you do not have permission to download this attachment"

 

I even managed to open an account somehow, using Google Translate, note: account creation takes just a few seconds and is Free

But I can't log back in! If only someone who understands Chinese could do the same and share ._.

 i had no trouble downloading it at all, didnt have to be logged either

the texture is from Sister of Steel on Nexus, the coat mesh is 2pac's skimpy replacer of Piper's leather coat.

Where can I find this amazing outfit. It has an Ilsa, She Wolf of the SS Feel to it.

Top is either cropped from one of Elianora's mods or from Nightasy's Hmm What to wear. There's a CBBE conversion for HWTW on nexus.
