I've been trying to find this nipple piercing with a red diamond attached to it for a while, but I can't seem to find it

The mod page says its from: Lordescobar's Moddable Piercings

But I looked inside that mod and I couldnt find this diamond shaped piercing in it

Can anyone tell me what are the NPC replacers that are used in this video?
I just want the face textures, no need for the various armor mods present.
