That looks like Zzjay or Gracedarklings (can't remember which did it, maybe both) wardrobe on nexus. I recognize the hat. I can't do it with the one i am using. Thanks I'm currently using EFF (extensible follower framework) http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12933/? and whenever i do unsheath/sheath my followers do it as well. I don't know about the other follower mods if they do it as well.
