Edit: The mod does not have the flower. Which is what I was looking for.

What are you looking for exactly? Do you want that your main char looks like the girl on the pic which you posted? So all other NPCs would look like this too. Alternatively, you'd have to create a custom race if only your main char should become a "cat woman". That link could be helpful:

Firstly I want to change the appearances of the NPCs to look like that.

It is not equally important to change my character because I was not thinking of creating a character like that.

I would prefer to change the appearance of NPCs, followers and, not necessarily, the player

Whadda you mean, expensive? I'm not sure I'm following...

Are you talking about the list of requirements, perhaps?

 

If you reffering to this, here the dependencies what I find in .json file:

SGEyebrows.esp

SGHairPackAIO.esp

TheEyesOfBeauty.esp

RutahTats

 

And I suppose the custom face morph from RAN's ECE Enchancer was generated for the character which screenshots I attached. Because, well, that girl's face morph looks a bit different on a screenshots posted by nexus users.
