ENB is Rya. it actually looks a hell of a lot brighter than that in game, some reason it always darkens when the screenshots come. The house is from Ebonvale, it also tends to have weird lighting since the mod isn't ELFX'ed.

She's based off of Toasty Goblin's Freysha preset which is available on the Nexus. (He's a user here)

 

However I've tweaked her to a fair degree, using fgem's female orc textures, Eyes of Beauty, fair skin complexion w/ makeup tweaks and a good amount of time in the RaceMenu face sculpt to refine her features and make them a little more feminine.
