But I still have to use the debug spell to trigger the update on NPCs. Otherwise it doesn't update automatically. Is there a timer for the updates?

Do you push sth to the console/notification when you update values? like "updating nips..."

I could read sth like "this version of SLA redux is not supported" when I load the save

Here are issues I found: 1. nipples are simply not updated anymore. including when using the debug spell although the mod catches arousal properly and makes proper calculations 2. in the MCM: changing the value sliders doesnt change them. they remain the same Edit: nvm sth was wrong with my save. updates now work automatically, thanks! I noticed something after updating your mod (since yesterday): occasionally the body morphs of some female characters become crazy exagerated (like much bigger and more muscular). This seems to happen around when aroused nips updates. I haven't made any other modification than updating your mod. I don't see documentation on the website, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/65454, what the update is for. When I loaded my game with the update, I got a message saying Aroused Nips does not work with this version of the OSL mod. Is this something you would be willing to address? Among the many changes and patches people have been kind enough to develop for the benefit of modding simpletons like myself, I found one on page 5, posted June 3, 2023, by Opopopppoi labeled "TTT_ArousedNips_SSE_MCM_MoreMorphs_1.1.2 SE". The author says he removed the check that disables the MCM if the version of SL (I believe he may have meant to write "SL Aroused") is wrong. I installed his version. The SL Aroused check passes, though the NIOveride fails. Nevertheless, when I tested his version by changing my character's arousal using OSL Aroused 2.8.1, Aroused Nips worked. Yeah. So the weird proportion bugs is gone, but now I'm back at the issue where the morphs don't update automatically unless I use the debug spell. I've set the scanner to 5k units, all options ticked. Any idea what I should check?

On 1.1.4 the SLA version check aborted on every modern install (NG / SLO / OSL / SSELoose / eXtended) before the alias registered anything — the mod was silently dead for most users. Now follows SLA NG's official multi-fork detection pattern, so morphs actually move. Player responsiveness mid-scene. Added a player-only poll (default 5 s, MCM-tunable 0–60 s) so your morphs react during a scene instead of waiting for SLA's 120 s heartbeat. NPCs still update on the heartbeat. Intensity presets. New MCM combobox with four one-click presets — Minimal, Natural, Noticeable, Exaggerated — overwriting all morph max-values at once. Preset values live in editable JSON files (Data\SKSE\Plugins\StorageUtilData\ArousedNips\IntensityPresets\), so you can tweak the numbers without recompiling. Bundled 23-morph labia/vagina preset cherry-picked from the Anon 2.0.4 fork. Click MCM → Import Settings once to activate (opt-in; default install stays the original 4 nipple morphs). MCM tuning surface. NPC scan radius slider (100–10000, default 1000) — replaces the hardcoded value. Ignore Dead / Ignore Male Beasts / Ignore Female Beasts toggles, all default on. Ignore Dead actually works now — the Anon 2.0.4 fork shipped the toggle but never wired it. "Recovery → Reset all state" button — wipes morph table and toggles back to install defaults and re-runs the requirements check. Use this if upgrading from a different fork leaves you with garbage in the sliders. No save break. All new properties added safely; old saves load cleanly. Reset button covers the upgrade-from-a-different-fork case. MCM fixes worth mentioning. Import no longer breaks the DebugMode / IgnoreMales toggles. Export no longer infinite-loops on empty morph slots. UpdateActor honours imported morph counts (was hard-capped at 4 even when the MCM rendered more). Version bumps no longer wipe your tuning.
