Well, just to rule out whether or not this is happening first, I would open the problematic mesh (preferrably the one in the ShapeData folder) in Outfit Studio (remember to make a backup first) and delete some of the physics bones that are last in the list, Build in BodySlide, wear the outfit and see if it's falling apart anymore. If it isn't, you might need to look into splitting it in several parts.

Nice thanks donner! You also should probably add in a little side note such as build in bodyslide(probably was self explanatory)  for it to work because I'm probably the only person who forgot to do that when I loaded up my game and I was confused on why it wasn't working ?, but at least it will be helpful for other people who may not know why there is still a horse schlong still attached if they downloaded this mod

I thought the end result looked fairly similar to the art I looked up for reference (exhibit A) (exhibit B) before making this mashup. Also, in the original mesh there are what look like balls on the sheath, so I assumed the thick part on the base was the infamous knot you hear so much about.

 

 

If I get more complaints I'll maybe make an alternate version.

yes this a dog d looks like hard the Bulbus glandis aka knot is that big bulge at end only happens when it cums to lock it self in mate. so yes your new edit is perfect I don't think you can add knot forming animation before it cums. so new edit perfect. p.s your art shows lady's cumming so it would grow knot. plus 99% of r34 artist would not know what a animal biology look like or how it works I would think.  your edits our very nice

Looking at the meshes I got from More Nasty Critters, there are a bunch more weird animal dongs left, but I'm not sure how popular these would be or how good they would look. Given how one of the default Elder Scrolls races consists of literal cat people, I understand a feline schlong would probably go over well, but this is what the MNC Sabretooth schlong looks like:
