Slaverun Reloaded (03-June-2018)

Great mod, thank you for making it.

 

I'm playing the beta version and I've found a couple of issues that may not have been reported yet.

 

I started as a slaver, but I decided to switch to the slave story right before the quest with the farm animals around Whitreun. Immediately after, I was asked to bring in Valentina which I did, but in the following quest you need to go to the dungeon and train all 4 women. Unfortunately, since I was playing as a slaver before, I didn't have the third woman (the mother, forgot the name) so the scene simply stuck. I tried using the placeatme command, but that still didn't help, so I had to load a previous save and use the cheat to skip the quest. Could you please look into that in a future update, it's a great story and I would like to play through it. Thank you.

 

Also, the quest that sends you to the dungeon to "entertain" (escort?) the two Dremora needs a small change. The whipping animation pushed me through a wall (the one right between the dungeon and Dragonsreach, then the sex animation started with me in the wall and the important Dremora, the one that you need to talk to advance.. fell through the map. Retried and it happened again. The placeatme  command to bring him back didn't help.

 

Lastly, (this one isn't quest-breaking, just an idea) when going through the walk of shame in town, there's a lot of waiting around because the player get stuck in the crowd. Maybe it would be easier to give back player controls and set a marker to where you need to go advance in the scene or make the force teleport happen a bit quicker?

 

Once again thank you for your time and dedication to this mod, I really enjoyed playing it.

I had what is (hopefully) a quick question for the 1.03 version (not any of the betas). I completed the mod as a male slaver, and Elisif is in the outfit you added through the mod. However I want to put her in my own custom outfit. I use AFT and am unable to edit the gear you gave her through either the outfit management or the inventory management. I opened up the esp in the CK to try and edit her outfit that way, but it's apparently not in outfits. How can I remove the outfit that you equipped her with so that I can add a custom one to her?

 

Edit: Eventually I was able to edit what she wears through console commands, though it seemed a little odd in that I had to use commands to unequip and then remove items

Elisif gets some devious devices, which should be removable if you make her a follower,

 

in the next version, there is a cheat menu, which you then can also for equipping and unequpping dd devices on the player and npc

 

I cant seem to start the mod. It appears on my MCM but i cant click start mod. Ive tried clean save even new character with no result. On side note 1.03 starts fine

the mod cannot be started in the MCM, it should do automatically, if it doesn't you probably have a script errror, do you have a payrus log maybe?

 

in my version I changed that field to be disabled, so that it is clear that you cannot click on it

as some general progress update:

the version I was working on is now feature complete and ready for my tests.

My plan is to test this version for the next 4 weeks and then to release as an official slaverun version 2.0

 

I was thinking about some beta 3, but beta 3 will probably have some bugs as a version 2.0.

so 2.1 will be then my first bugfix version with only bugfixes

 

I don't know how much I will do when the summer starts here, but here is a list that is in my head for a next 3.0 version

- complete rebuild of the arena fights

- some new slave quests leading to a 'White wedding' , when I say wedding , think of weddings in Game of Thrones style :-)

- first steps of the second big mainquest to free Skyrim again,

Hey man, is there any amputation in the Slaver questline?

 

I liked the amputations in the slave questline, even if they are minors, and I would love it if I could amputate one of my slaves at some point in the slaver questline.

They were not removable through any follower dialogue/menus as far as I could tell, unless I had missed something or done something wrong. The cheat menu sounds like a good fix.

it used to work fine with 1.03, but now the mcm appear, but it doesnt start the mod at all.

It's on a new save. i don't use amputator.

 

i updated JContainers and my XPMSE, since i saw a topic suggesting that, but to no effect.

 

all my other mods seems to work fine (can't really tell much since it's a new save lol)

 

i attached my load order and my log. i use LOOT, and it looks fine.

 

my log does have a lot of errors though, so i guess it come from that, but i don't know what is causing it.

I finally had a chance to start this last night, but I did run into a problem with the initial slave training. I went with the "protesting but not threatening violence" option, and couldn't get through the entire sequence in spite of multiple attempts.
 
Only once did my character get collared by Bellamy before getting stuck. Each of the other times it ended up getting stuck in the same place: After the player character is whipped, she consents to wearing a collar, but nothing happens after that; everyone just stands around.
 
Sounds like the same problem as here:
 

Now I am trying out 2.0, and am having lots of problems. Mostly, I can't get beyond the scene with Bellamy and Murphy. No matter if I go through the intro quests or just click in the MCM to go to slavery immediately, it always gets stuck after my PC and the trained slave there are whipped.

Yes I can confirm I have this issue too. Persistantly I cannot get past the initial bellamy scene.
Zaz 6.1, 6.11 patch confirmed. ** I chose the 'hard' option. And I don't see anything happen when the events freeze.

Seems to be always *after* the second whipping scene.
I got it working! It is Zaz patch 6.11 i have missed, after installing path i tested all possible scenario and all is working just fine. Nice story with Ivana ha-ha. Thank you for your hard work!

Pike gave me the option at the end of the previous quest.

 

Thanks for the update on the future plans, I can't wait to test out the new versions.:)

 

Also, I noticed some grammatical errors in the dialogue, like missing words or wrong tense being used, If you need some help with that, I could look over it if you send me a text version of the dialogue. It's the least I could do.

One item missing is that if you approach a woman who is still wearing clothing and the Enforcer is enabled you ought to be able to directly accuse her of violating the laws instead of having and strip her then warn her or punish her depending on how you are playing.

 

It would also be handy if the quests to perform tasks in the enslaved areas simply recycled and restarted each time they finish. You should get the tasks from the slavers once to get them started the first time and then they can run continually until slavery is shut down. That would eliminate the problem of people wanting a master slaver in each city to go to instead or returning to Dragonsreach so often.

i found it !

 

it was Schlongs of Skyrim that needed to be updated. once i did that, it worked. hopefully others with the same problem will be able to use this solution :)

Is there a way to turn the dialogue sex off? (the forced dialogue that ppl ask you for sex when you talk to them)

 

hmm from what i know, slaverun doesn't have that feature. the enforcer doesnt ask, it takes lol

 

do you have cursed loot ? because that mod have such dialogue sex.

I think I may have missed the Zaz 6.11 patch (I'll need to check when I'm in front of my computer again), but I thought I would point it out just in case it was another issue.

Confirmed. Once I added the patch, ran FNIS and updated SLAL, I could get the sequence moving again (guess that Zaz patch is pretty crucial). Hooray!

Tried with ver shout like a virgin 4.7 still wont works. 

 

Uninstall it and the slaverun quest showed up.

 

Edit: I do have all the latest ver of all the requirements, this info might be useful for anyone who have the same problem.

hmm, not sure, but i don't think the quests would work correctly with open cities. but can be mistaken

slaverun is designed to work with Open Cities,

I did a look in your papyrus log and you have many error with SLV_ script files, it's clear that the mod can't start

 

- did you start a new game , used an old but cleaned safe game or neither of this?

- do you use a mod tool like MO?

 

If you test with a new game, I highly recommend to use 'Alternate Start - Live another life' mod. This is what I do:

- don't install quest mods like slaverun (in MO it's simply to just not activate a mod, that's the reason I love MO)

- start Skyrim, create a new char and customize all mods like sexlab.... save your char in the starter cell

- install questmods , load your char , customize questmods... like slaverun and start playing

 

If I start a new game with > 200 mods activated, there are always a few who don't initialize correct, but I don't have that problems when I create the char with a subset of the mods I want to use later on.

 

 

 

I use slaverun together with Shout like a virgin without any problems, so I don't think there is a conflict

for the frameworks like sexlab , DD and so on, I recomend the latest versions , at least that is what I use and don't have any major problems

Kenjoka... As far as you know, HOLDS is going to get in the way of the slave quest? I remember the old version was compatible with it. Holds actually adds a lot of new Npcs and makes Skyrim "cities" a little more credible, something which goes along very well with Slaverun.

 

Also I was wondering if having done some of the cities quests, like the Cidhna mine in Markarth or the winterhold college would cause bugswith Slaverun.

Odd request here (if doable, of course. :P): could you add an option to ask our slavers to amputate some of our limbs? We can already ask them to put devices on us, torture us and even renew our tattoos, so it would be great to have an option to trigger a Farengar amputee scene.

thanks but i already resolved the problem. all i had to do was to update my SOS mod. seems like you use a few things that only appeared recently in SOS, and my previous SOS was quite old lol.

 

i'll keep in mind what you said as it can be useful for the next time i run into a problem lol (no if, since we know that modding skyrim can be... ^^)
