Stuffed_bunny, i am really fan of what you do and the way you help the community.

One question: are there more presets for cb++ anywhere ?

Posted

hi

i am confused now why can't i load my saved preset when i start the bodyslide again?

i assigned it with every group and it's nowhere, then i assigned it with one or none, but i can't find it anywhere in the menu.

It's been mentioned already, but I'd like to ask, whether there will be an update to fix some of the robes from Killer Keos set? I've attached a picture, so that we're talking about the same issues. You said, these problems occur, because the backside / inside of the mesh is deformed too much (with certain sliders), so that it pokes through the front.

I have the same problem, though not with KK's original set, just the bodyslide ones, and for some reason on mine the apprentice robe also has a little rectangle on the butt that is missing.

Just released an updated body package with support for CBBE v3.2, more specifically its included Bodyslide package.

Note: BreastCleavage has problems with long nipples (use NipBGone to compensate), and looks pretty odd topless too.

I actually posted a request some time ago' date=' for user contributions of presets. So far none :-(

Make sure to save it in SliderPresets folder. I can verify that it works.

Sorry, at the moment that would require manual slider adaption. For me, that means almost an hour per slider and outfit, time that I don't have.

In the future, perhaps Convert-BSD will be updated to work on triangles (faces) rather than points (vertices). That might help keeping parallel areas parallel, and reduce this type of clipping. Maybe. :-/

Hey StuffedBunny,

I am not sure what i am doing wrong but when i build a body with CB++ BBP the body that is created in skyrim does not look like the preview in bodyslide - the proportions are bigger but not the same shape as i am viewing in the preview. It looks to me like when the body is built the extra slider options are not taken into account.

WHat have I done wrong?

CB++ looks to keep the shape but BBP doesnt?

Possibly your BBP skeleton is scaling things unevenly - some modders think it's a good idea to warp the shape this way. Good luck finding an unscaled skeleton. :)

Is it possible for you to perhaps increase the belly/bigbelly slider limit? Seeing as the butt, thighs and breast sliders goes quite far, it wouldn't hurt to do this to the mid section? Pleeeeeease?

You can type in values beyond 100%, btw. And even negative values.

Oh really? I didn't know that! Thank you!

Although it's no good news, thanks for your reply, Mr. Bunny.

I stumbled across two other issues. Maybe it's an easy fix. The belly sliders are 50 % and over in this picture. It's Nordplate / Steelplate (clipping) and Psijic Robes (sliders not active) from Killer Keo.

I'm having some trouble with this.

I freshly installed Bodyslide 1.4, and then applied the CB++ Outfits v0.4.9 pack onto it. Whenever I select any Mak CB++ Body and press "Preview Big", there is no response. Also when I click Create Bodies, it tells me 'Faliure to save bodies.' Did I do something wrong?

Otherwise KillerKeo's Armors are working fine and there is less clipping than before, kudos for that :D

You miss some files.

To make it work you need:

1) cbbe and bodyslide

2) the original armors for the cb++ outfits pack

3) all the cb++ files

optional 4) tbbp files

If you did good you will have the previews for all the sets.

For the 'failure to save bodies', it means you didn't install all the armors inside the selected group. you can see the groups in 'CalienteTools\BodySlide\SliderGroups\'. Open with notepad or notepad++ and see which ones are missing or delete them from the group if you don't want them.

If you set your groups correctly you should only have to batch

- CB++_Ported_Outfits

- CB++_Outfits

- CB++_Footwear

- CB++_Amulets

The other ones are part from these groups.

If some armors don't change when you change sliders it's probably because they aren't in one of these group.

edit: in the CB++_Outfits group, there are 2 versions of mak armors if i remember well. you probably only need the VR (vanilla replacer) one. This can be part of your problem.

Steelplate is an easy fix' date=' done. As for Psiijic, does that only happen in game? Because my Psiijic preview looks accurate.

Edit: Ok, seems I get vanilla version in game, so the path must be bugged... :blush:

Easy fix actually - open "SliderSets\CB++KeosClothes.xml" and replace "psiijicrobes_f" with "psiijicrobesf".

(an excellent answer)

Well written. I suppose it would be useful to add a section of links to posts like this in the FAQ.

For those wondering about Mak Armors... I'm aware of CT77's update 1.5.1, hopefully will be able to update Outfits some time next week. Oh, just found this in one of his posts: "Warning: version .49 is not up to date for my version 1.5.1, so give it a little time. Should be ready by Monday." Luckily, he didn't specify which monday... :)

Anyway, I should probably do the Mak boots too. And here's another WIP: http://www.loverslab.com/attachment.php?aid=18374

It was my good action of the day. ^^

Maybe Stuffed_bunny, if your packs continue to grow you should present your files differently.

With a BAIN or something like that, with the ported outfit pack as main files and the other ones as separate optional files with separate group and we select the packs we want.

Just a suggestion, i don't have any problem with what you did, but i think most of the difficulties of the people come from the 3 lustdesign armors, the noblecloth pack or the choice between the 2 different mak armors packs... which are not the most important part of the mod.

One other question, is it normal that the breasts aren't same size ?

Posted

@dauf

Batch building the groups as you suggest will lead to overwritting quite some of them in the process. Groups contain different versions (Caliente, KK, CT77-Mak) of the *same* vanilla outfits, so it will happen that depending on your batch-building order, one version or the other will "win".

A few pages ago I posted the group XML file that I use. It contains only one version of each vanilla (replacer) outfit. Of course that means that it is based in my personal preference, but the XML can be easily edited to match any other user needs.

Seems like a lot of extra work for me. No thanks. :dodgy:

The generic "Failure to save bodies" message is a big part of the problem, we might as well call it a Bodyslide bug because typically it just confuses people. The other part is that CB++ is not a standalone mod, and possibly I have failed to be clear enough about the requirements. It's not really supposed to be a leet mod. Then again, Bodyslide itself takes some effort to use (and 1.4 only has 30k unique downloads, a small fraction of CBBE users).

[/quote']

Yes, it's quite normal. Oh, perhaps you meant in Bodyslide... :)

If so, perhaps it's caused the BreastsSH slider which actually is asymmetrical (according to Caliente this was not intentional). Other than that it shouldnt happen.

Not really, i'm not an expert of the BAIN things, but it's just a way to order your files so Wrye Bash or the users themselves understand what are the required files and the optional ones. There is no need for scripts like in the Nexus manager.

The idea is to have a mod which can work when installed with for those who are ready to do it, the option to instal more packs.

Again i'm not complaining, i am really happy with your work.

But maybe if it was easier to use, you would have more support from the community.

It's a shame that cb++ isn't the number one ! :)

Hello,

I'm using this with TBBP and I am trying to edit the baseshape to fit this head (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10111) and to create a neck slider to be able to make a chubby race. The mod linked have the only head and neck that grows proportionally fat with the body.

Only problem is that I completely lack the technical knowledge to do that on my own.

Can anybody help me?

If I posted this in the wrong topic, please forgive me and indicate the correct thread.

Thank you in advance.

Here are some of my personal presets for you to try.

I hesitated about putting these up because I thought they might not match other peoples tastes, but finally I said 'so what' -- so here they are.

Each was designed for a specific purpose - I was experimenting with the "variety bodies" mods available. 2 or 3 are also suitable for global use in-game.

Please read the included text file. The thumbnail pix below are also included in the download.

Note: these may look 'off' in the preview, but in-game they really shine - they are deliberately designed as a "jedi mind-trick" to make me see what I wanted, by over or under enhancing key features so they give an impression, rather than look "realistic"

Updated Outfits to v0.5 (for Mak armor v1.6.1).

Updated Ported to v0.2.2, tiny bugfix update.

If you have any issues with these, I don't want to hear about them :)

Seriously, I need a break... :sleepy:

Perhaps you posted in the right thread.

RBBB is based of CHSBHC and would probably be slideable if someone makes a CHSBHC TBBP port. However, looking at the meshes in Blender reveals that RBBB is actually taller (than CHSBHC and other bodies). Normally there's a gap between the head and the body, which I figure the game fills in somehow. Possibly the mesh height is not a problem, but it might be.

I attached a .blend file (for Blender 2.4.9) if you want to compare the bodies. The shapes included are: Head, CHSBHC _1, RBBB, and Big _1 (CB++ preset Big).

wow Thanks for the quick reply!

So. Maybe just repositioning the head a bit lower would make it compatible?

What I first tried (before posting for help here) was geting a copy of DragonflyTBBP.nit from shapedata folder, importing to blender, delete armature, import femalebodybbw.nif from the mod I linked, delete the armature.

Then I moved the second nif to align with DragonflyTBBP.nif (because of the CBBE being off center.

Then I adjusted the first ring of vertices in DragonflyTBBP.nif neck to fit the second nif neck.

Then I delete the second nif and did (or at least I think I did) what I could to export a new nif to use as a baseshape for bodyslide.

The result was the attached .nif (I couldnt make the dismemberment to work)

My plan was to use that nif as a baseshape for a bodyslide in everything equal to DragonslideTBBP.nif except for the neck.

Then I would add a neck slider to make the neck follow the neck morphing from the head .tri file of that mod above

I couldnt use the nif to make a baseshape, much less add a new slider.

Is it possible to use the attached nif to make a TBBP CB++ baseshape? Is it possible to add later a neck slider?

If yes, how can I do it?

If not, any hint how I can make it compatible?

Or, if explaining that is more trouble than making it, would you be so kind to make it?

I believe other players would enjoy too having a bodyslide for BBW that have a neck and head that also look BBW.

P.S. This is my second work ever in blender, so my inexperience is a big disadvantage.
