samisme74 Posted August 24, 2015 Author Posted August 24, 2015 Haha, and I thought Remodeled Armor was skimpy! Most of these armors are really well done and do a fine job in showing off your assets. The one thing in the pack I find cringeworthy is the Warlock bunny-ear helmet. I'd suggest replacing that one with something that doesn't look quite as silly, tbh. Wandering_Mania Posted August 24, 2015 Posted August 24, 2015 Would LOVE to see this for UUNP..... hint, hint.... Bodyslide has a UNP sim. Though I'm not sure how well it works with the BBP, HTD or TBBP. Not to mention any other armors/outfits that are for UNP specifically for UNP. Yes, but if this is made for CBBE then the baseshape has to be replaced in any of the pieces that have a baseshape. I've done a bunch of CBBE-to-UUNP conversions, but nothing like this with so many pieces. The most I've done is the Fox 39 set which I think is 11 pieces. Yeah it was a lot of work. I'd say 30-40% of this was conversions from various UNP body types. Quite a few had to be redone multiple times because it kept getting corrupted until I upgraded to latest Bodyslide. I may look into figuring out how to convert this to UNP later on. For now I'm really burned out. Maybe someone else who has more experience with UNP conversions wants to pick up the torch. Well if you build both the body and the armors to fit with Bodyslide. In theory it should work. But I also know that "in theory" and "in practice" are 2 different entities. There might be a few clipping issues here and there, but that is the only problem I can imagine. Lots of clipping. Lots of weight problems. Bone problems. Quite a few I didn't do a straight convert. I mashed up from various armors and did re-textures. Having to learn GIMP, etc.. Lots of everything. It was all a learning process so future CBBE conversions will be easier. But I'm not in the mood to learn UUNP at the moment. I'm gonna enjoy the game and the fruits of my labor. Well as I said theory is way different from practice. But that is good to know. Oh and remember when you play, to not get shot in the knee with an arrow.
Arcturus7777 Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 I was going to convert some of the clothing to UN7B, but there are no *0.nif and *1.nif's, which are the only way I know how to do it. I can not find a detailed explanation of how to use the conversion set that comes with the UN7B body. or how the build works. In the videos, the selection made to convert items simply do not appear in my installed bodyslide menus, so they must of installed something I do not have.
samisme74 Posted August 26, 2015 Author Posted August 26, 2015 You've basically done the hard part by converting everything to CBBE. If you convert a UNP (any variant) to UUNP, you have to convert it to CBBE first. Simplified CBBE to UUNP: Load a reference UUNP (I use UUNP Special because I make a lot of pantyless stuff) Load the CBBE outfit (I just load the _1.nif) Delete the body that is included in the outfit (if it has one... usually this is "baseshape" in CBBE outfits) Tab to the bones list and delete any xxxx01 bones (like LBreast01, Rbreast01... same with butt) Back to outfit shapes list, copy weights (UUNP is weighted differently from CBBE ... that's how it was explained to me... so I copy all weights) Conform All sliders Check clipping at extreme ranges of any sliders that affect the outfit (obviously you don't have to check all the leg and calf sliders for a bra...) Save Project (tick the box that says to add reference shape if the outfit had a CBBE baseshape in it, for most gloves and boots and accessories you don't need the baseshape) I think that's a fairly good list. I'd have to go find my notes to see if I've changed from that. It would be WONDERFUL if we could batch convert. Maybe that's what a conversion reference does. I've never gotten that far. Thanks for the tips Chajapa. I'll keep that in mind when I feel up to it. I was going to convert some of the clothing to UN7B, but there are no *0.nif and *1.nif's, which are the only way I know how to do it. You need to build out in CBBE HDT body first or else there are no mesh models at all. After you do that the *_0.nif and *_1.nif will appear.
samisme74 Posted August 26, 2015 Author Posted August 26, 2015 This should be the last update. As far as I can see all bugs are fixed. If you find anything else, please let me know. 8/26/2015 TrX Armor Replacer Vanilla v1.2, TrX Armor Replacer DLCsv1.2Combines all v1.1 patches and minor weighting fixes.
Arcturus7777 Posted August 27, 2015 Posted August 27, 2015 thank you for the quick reply? So in outfit studio CBBE HDT as a referance, and one of your outfits, press build and *_0.nif and *_1.nif will appear for that outfit, then i can convert from there to UN7B?

I'll look into it. No problem. Also just wanted to thank you - nicely done stuff. Swapped around CT77 as the replacer with your's, and made CT77 standalone, then Lootified. I am quite pleasantly surprised as how well they blend in, (for a totally non lore friendly Skyrim costume experience, but actually quite cool). (Needed to do the swap because my acquired clothing tempering mod is only for re-placer gear, and I like your stuff better than CT77 in that respect. I probably should look into extending the acquired tempering mod to include different clothing, but lazy/work/other stuff gets in the way).
Zetsubou Ketti Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I really like your armors and clothing. Thanks a lot for sharing this but I do have one problem. Its probably something on my end but building the studded armor thru bodyslide causes my game to crash when entering either the drunken huntsman and dragonsreach. If I batch build every outfit except that one, the game loads fine. No one else has reported it but I spent a depressingly enormous amount of time trying to figure out what was causing my crashes including removing every single mod and restarting the game multiple times. Any idea why this could be happening?

cowgoesmoo Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 ok ive tried all the cbbe HDT bodies and they all have cliping -.- cans someone post a download for the proper body
samisme74 Posted August 31, 2015 Author Posted August 31, 2015 ok ive tried all the cbbe HDT bodies and they all have cliping -.- cans someone post a download for the proper body I'm pretty sure clipping isn't a huge issue for every body listed. If all else fails, try preset CBBE Sloot Body Gear. Armors were modified around this body preset. 1. In Outfit/Body drop down menu, select CBBE HDT Body. 2. Below that in Preset drop down menu, select your body type or "CBBE Sloot Body Gear" 3. Click Build. 4. In top right fild where it says Outfit Filter, type in TRX. 5. Lower left, click Bath Build. edit: What body presets have you tried? I want to see how bad the clipping is as you say.
ericysh Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Hi guys, I have a bit of a problem with the mod. I am using the replacer version of the mod and it only replaces some of the armors. The armors that are not being replaced are mostly the heavy and medium armors such as iron, steel, daedric, glass, etc. Did anyone else ran into this problem? I am not using any other armor mods at all.
cowgoesmoo Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 ive got it fixed and i also found out you can use any body with this armor set it just take awhile when making the armor/clothing/robes i just had to do around making the armor one by one -.-
cowgoesmoo Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 ^unbp body using sloot armor just select the body than the armor and build the body
shadowking622 Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 In the next update could you make it so you could zap several different pieces of clothing?
cowgoesmoo Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 this might just be me but the hooded robes even on males remove their heads and for females it remove the head and add a wig
ericysh Posted September 1, 2015 Posted September 1, 2015 Hey guys, I am using the replacer version of the mod and it only replaces some of the armors. The armors that are not being replaced are mostly the heavy and medium armors such as iron, steel, daedric, glass, etc. I have followed the instructions correctly and the ones that are replaced are working perfectly (ie. correct animations, no clipping). I am not sure what caused the rest of the armors to not be replaced since I am not using any other armor mod at all. Does anyone know a fix to this problem? PS. I have placed the load order of the all 3 esp at the bottom and it still only replace some of my armors.
DionisioVega Posted September 2, 2015 Posted September 2, 2015 Love the mod, took a little bit to get working as batch building everything caused some problems. @cowgoesmoo: try individually building only one of any of the sets that have an A,B, or C in bodystudio as that fixed my missing head issue (usually stuck with A) Also, would love to see some of these armors and clothes in individual sets, instead of an all in one, but that may just be me. Anyone have some tips on how to extract certain armors and clothes from this mod?
samisme74 Posted September 2, 2015 Author Posted September 2, 2015 In the next update could you make it so you could zap several different pieces of clothing? You have all the Bodyslide files. It's a few clicks to do it yourself. Open the armor you want. If the armor piece you want zapped is separate, 1. click on it 2. click Slider 3. click New Zap Slider, enter name. 4. save and quit Bodyslide. 5. restart Bodyslide Love the mod, took a little bit to get working as batch building everything caused some problems. @cowgoesmoo: try individually building only one of any of the sets that have an A,B, or C in bodystudio as that fixed my missing head issue (usually stuck with A) Also, would love to see some of these armors and clothes in individual sets, instead of an all in one, but that may just be me. Did you load the TrX Loot Chests and check if the armors are replaced? The ESP will not replace armors from other mods that reference the vanilla armors. For instance, if Falskaar references Iron Armor, it will use default vanilla. TrX Sloot Armor will only replace Vanilla and DLC content, no other mods. That's why it may be good to install Chronotrigger's Remodelled Armor. His armor will affect all default armors. Then uncheck his ESP and install TrX Sloot Armor.

Yes I was able to build all armors and when I loot the chest, that's when I realise not all armors have been converted. I do have Falskaar installed; that might be the reason why some armors are not referenced. I will try installing CT77 armors and then TrX to see if it fixes the problem.
